After an unusually heavy rainfall, we had ground water seepage from under our house to an inside closet. Cornerstone's Gregory Hyman visited the house with a well seasoned helper, spent half a day diagnosing the exact location of the problem and designed an extensive gravity flow French drain system. The completed systems appears to have solved several issues, including replacement of a generally inaccessible under-house sump pump. The location of the project made it difficult to budget the time exact labor required for the project and Cornerstone provided an estimated "not to exceed" cost and quite honorably, lowered the final bill, when the project was completed with less labor than anticipated. In short, we received a well done project at a fair price. We can't recommend Cornerstone highly enough.

These folks did a large complicated landscape hardscape lighting drainage irrigation and fencing project for us. They are tops. Highest quality workmanship and good at solving issues as they arose.

We did a major backyard overhaul via Cornerstone Landscapes. We are extremely happy with the outcome. Gregory and Marco are a great team and their work crew is top notch. We appreciated their project management style (always promptly returned call, showed up on time, were very "open book" with regards to estimating, and helped us work within our budget by offering more cost-effective options). We hope to work with them again when we're ready to re-do our front yard.
