After many years of service, he decided to no longer service my pool system and didn't even let me know. Not professional.

JP took care of several items for us at a new property that has seen better days. They beautifully re-grouted and caulked in the kitchen and baths including adding much needed grout to parts of a walk-in shower, and repairing where someone had previously done a bad job of grouting between the shower door and tiles. Most importantly, JP saved me the cost of new floors throughout -- cleaning/filling/sealing Travertine floors in the kitchen and baths and cleaning/screening/recoating engineered hardwood floors in the rest of the unit. Can hardly believe how much better everything looks! Plus they are very nice people.

Jacqui and her team do a completely marvelous job. They quore a fair price for cleaning Persian carpets and can handle carpets from as small as prayer rugs to huge Turkish area rugs. They are very careful with delicate cotton and wool carpets. Where possible they can do delicate repairs. They pick up and return precisely on time and bring back expertly cleaned rugs with beautiful vibrant colours we have used them several times and have been totally pleased with all aspects of this first class company!! They are very friendly as well!

I had an overall excellent experience working with JP Carpet Cleaning! We were looking to have the grout cleaned in our kitchen and bathroom. I was impressed immediately by their friendliness on the phone and availability to come to us within the next day. The next morning, the team was on time and extremely efficient. I've never seen our tile look so clean! I found out later that it is a husband/wife team - Both are extremely personable and easy to work with. I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience with JP carpet cleaner's. They cleaned my elderly mother’s primary living space which included her dining room, living room and hallway which had not been cleaned for at least over 30 or more years. It was so dirty I wasn’t sure it could be cleaned. Mom uses a wheelchair and walker which probably also contributed to becoming so dirty. When they first entered the condo and saw the carpeting, they even stated they were not sure how clean looking they could get it. They were very good about moving the necessary furniture and did an amazing job both soaping and scrubbing the carpet and then steam cleaning the whole area. It came out looking unbelievably good. They just cleaned it today and I’ll have to wait a few days or a week to see if the stains resurface. And their price was very reasonable for such a difficult job. I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them.

These folks were soooooooo sweet! I met the whole family. They picked up my rugs, were so sweet to my pets, did an amazing job cleaning the rugs, and delivered them according to my schedule. I can’t recommend them enough. Plus the prices were super reasonable :)

Jacqueline and her wonderful team are amazing. They respond promptly and their cleaning techniques are above and beyond amazing. They get the dog urine out effectively and give new life to old carpets. They pick up and drop off and are just great! Thank you!

This is absolutely a scam. Jackie claimed that their truck broke down but Peter said something differently for rescheduling so what I gathered is that they forgot the appointment I made weeks ago and had to make up excuses. The worse part is they came out twice, spray all my furnitures, carpet, and rugs wet and left. When everything dries up, they look like NOTHING was done - stains are still there. When I called Peter, he screamed at me and said he is not a magician and cannot clean everything, it is my furnitures fault as they are "damaged". I later hired my handyman who has a professional steamer not even the truck and charged me half of what Peter charged, he made everything looked clean and new... nothing was "damaged" like Peter said. This company's listing, reviews, and address keep changing. They don't give you invoice and press you to pay them cash or zelle on the spot while everything is wet and they claim everything will look great when they dry up so you trust them and pay. When you realize it is all a scam, it is a bit late. This business' reviews are not trustable, too frequent and too good to be true... I learned my lesson.

* Edit - I am adding this after seeing the response. Of course a scammer would not admit their wrong doing, and it is the best for them to steer clear just to say they don't recognize me as a client. I have spoken to all 3 of them including their daughter and they came out to my house twice. It is probably very normal for this scam business to deal with every day complain like this so they don't even remember.
