Airostat did a fantastic job repairing the heating system at our retail location in Downtown Los Angeles. From scheduling to completion, everything was smooth and well-organized. Their technician arrived on time, clearly explained what needed to be fixed, and handled the repair efficiently. We appreciated their attention to detail and the fact that they understood how important it is to keep a retail space comfortable for customers and staff. Reliable service, honest work, and great results. We’ll definitely be using Airostat again!

The technician barely inspected the unit and made a guess that turned out to be wrong. After paying for the repair the AC still didn’t work. When I asked for a follow-up they said it would be treated like a new job and charged again. No accountability, no real troubleshooting, and no interest in customer satisfaction. I regret giving them a chance.
