i can't say enough good things about preston, who helped us out with our heater repair in granada hills. after i reached out, he came by really fast to check out our outside heater unit. preston did a full inspection, checking things like the gas pressure, temperature levels, and the general shape of the unit and all its parts. he quickly figured out that the main problem was a bad draft inducing motor, which was making a really loud noise. before he came, i even tried to make it quieter with some cardboard, but it was still super loud! preston explained that his diagnostic fee would go toward the repair if we moved forward, which i thought was fair. we set up a time, and he finished the repair without any problems. he cleaned out the area around the motor, adjusted the gas pressure, and put in a new draft inducing motor from the original manufacturer—much better than the old part that was breaking down. preston was very professional, polite, and even took his shoes off before coming inside. his price was very reasonable, and i really appreciated his honesty throughout the whole process. i highly recommend calling preston for any heater repair or maintenance needs. i'll definitely be contacting him again soon to take care of our other heating and cooling units.
