After moving to Granada Hills, I needed help with furnace repair and replacement. I reached out to a local place for a quote, but their price for a basic new furnace was way more than I expected and only came with a short warranty. Wanting a fair deal, I decided to call Pros Granada Air Conditioning for advice. Jude answered and explained what a new high-efficiency furnace with a solid 10-year warranty should actually cost, including installation. Jude also asked me to send photos of my current furnace and panel so they could match the right size and make sure everything would fit perfectly. I was really happy with how easy it was to work with them and how transparent they were about everything. In the end, I got both a new furnace and a new AC unit installed for much less than the first quote I received, and both came with long warranties. The installation was quick—less than four hours—and the whole team was polite and professional. I really appreciated their honest approach and the way they made sure I understood my options. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing furnace repair or replacement in Granada Hills. Five stars!

Greyson came out for the job and was extremely pleasant, even though he had to deliver the news I was expecting - my system needed replacing. Thankfully, he quickly arranged everything. Terrance and Dean took over for the system installation and they were fantastic. They did a tidy and aesthetic installation, leaving my place cleaner than when they arrived. They were completely accommodating and showed no judgment. The woman, who handled my call was incredibly kind and knowledgeable about hvac systems as well! All in all, it was a positive experience in Granada Hills.

Dean was an expert in AC repair and he meticulously inspected my air conditioner to ensure it was well-prepared for the hotter months. He proposed that a switch inside the AC unit needed to be replaced soon. I agreed and he promptly replaced it. Dean also provided me with valuable advice on maintaining the AC unit, including regularly changing the filters and occasionally rinsing the AC capacitor to keep it clean. He did a fantastic job in Granada Hills.

I usually don't write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Granada Air Conditioning because they are outstanding in the AC repair field (and I've worked with quite a few)! They are knowledgeable, responsive, flexible, and friendly, genuinely aiming to assist you throughout the entire process of selecting and installing a new AC unit. While no one enjoys this task, Terrance and Preston really make it as pleasant as possible. I first brought them in for my rental property, and now I'm excited to have them help with my home as well. I can't recommend them highly enough!

We've relied on Pros Granada Air Conditioning for several years to repair our old furnace and keep it running with regular tune-ups. If I could give them a 6-star rating, I would. From the start, the staff was friendly and professional. The pricing and the quality of the heater repair and parts were excellent. The technicians, especially Greyson, were very thorough, respected our home, and offered great advice. We needed a major job done, including ductwork and installing a new heat pump and air handler. After meeting with a few other companies in Granada Hills, no one else could match this level of workmanship within our budget. We are extremely satisfied with the results. It's refreshing to find people who truly care about their work and customer satisfaction.

My AC wasn't working starting Friday night at 5pm. After troubleshooting the issue, I realized that it was a problem for a professional to look at.

I reached out to several HVAC companies. I made an appointment with one company that said they could be out in the morning at 7am the next day. Given, that we were experiencing record 3 digit weather temperatures and unbearable, I was compelled to call others that could come the same day.
This is when I noticed Pro Granada Air Conditioning listed that they were open until 10pm. I was told that they were available to come the same night and I went ahead and canceled the appointment I had the next day with a different company. I was then told a technician would call me. I never received a call and they were a no show. I called twice and they could not provide any eta.

In addition, I was unable to see their website as it was flagged by google. This didn't insure any confidence in the situation. No call. No show. Questionable website.

Fortunately, I was able to reach out to the company that had booked me for 7am the next day and got back on the schedule. He was punctual and the problem was fixed within the hour of his arrival.

I do not recommend even trying to contact this company. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!

I just don't want anyone else to be treated like this in their time of need and thought it was important to write this review.
