My Geo thermal system was giving warning lights. Called Northstar and they were at my house that afternoon. Everything fixed, no issues since and at a very reasonable price. Update, as of 11/16/2021, used them today to install a new Mini-split. They were terrific, showed up on time installed and running same day. I highly recommend them!

My AC unit was leaking water, and they unclogged the condensate drain line. The technician checked for any other potential blockages.

Unfortunately our water heater gave out overnight before he was supposed to arrive. I called him early that morning to advise him of our flooded basement in case he wanted to delay install... He ended up showing up 15 min early and installing despite the 1+ inches of water on the floor. What a great relief to have hot water going again so quickly... Thanks for taking care of us!

Jim and company are great guys who do great work. Jim even offered advice over the phone to help me fix a problem (work he didn’t even do). I highly recommend calling NorthStar service for all your heating/AC/hot water needs. Knowing a local guy is important; go with a trusted one. 👍🏽

We moved into Southington last year and needed work done on our heating system. We found Jim from Northstar. When he came out he was honest and didn't over sell us on things we didn't need. We used Northstar to clean our system, add zones to the system (there was only one for a 2 story house) and we had him fix some of the flexible duct work in the attic before adding insulation. He responds quickly and his pricing is reasonable. We will continue to use Jim for our heating and air conditioning needs.

We have used Northstar Service for a couple of years. Jim has done maintenance, repair, and installation of a hot water heater. All has been excellent, professional, neat and tidy, and always on time. Our hot water heater kept us in hot water for five days WITHOUT electricity during the recent storm outage!!! And we have seen very little increase in our electric bill. Very satisfied with everything that has been done here.
