Unfortunately i wasnt able to find some parts i needed for a intex pool but the man on the phone was great at explaining how i could find what i needed, saving time on searching in the wrong places.

They've always got everything I need for my pool, and a knowledgeable staff.

Bad customer service. Not what it used to be. Was given incorrect advice and product and when I tried to return item clerk laughed at me. He stated that 2 weeks had gone by and it was not his problem I couldn’t return item sooner . he will not refund my money even though I have my receipt and item in new like condition . Was given a manager phone number and of course no answer .

When I decided to take care of my pool instead of hiring a pool man, I went to this store and talked to Fred. For someone who has no clue, I’m lucky to find the right person to ask. For about a year, he walked me through the process of keeping my pool clean, water clear, everything I needed, how much chlorine, acid, etc to put, to trouble shoot, have the motor fixed, cleaning and maintaining the filter and almost everything a professional pool man can do maintaining a pool. I honestly can’t express just how much these guys have helped me out. We just added a pool to the house within the last couple years and I knew absolutely nothing about how to maintain it. I tried a few other services but they were so flakey and I ended up doing most of the work myself.

These guys changed everything and I immediately noticed a giant change when switching to them. I live in a really windy area and my pool can be a complete mess at times. They’re so thorough and always do exactly what is needed, communicate it to me very clearly, always charge an extremely fair price for their work, and are always dependable.

I honestly feel like they treat my pool just how they would treat their own. I can’t recommend Pat’s enough. Great service, great people, and complete peace of mind!

Great shop. These guys are very helpful and always super nice. I decided to start cleaning my own pool after not having great service from my pool man. They helped me get everything I needed to start cleaning my own pool. Plus great advice and encouragement that cleaning your own pool is not that hard, hence the name: Pools By You. They will even test your water for you if you bring in a sample, which I do from time to time even though I test it regularly on my own just to be sure. Prices and service is better than Leslie's too.

My mom was a customer for years. They always treated her well. I’ve continued to get all my supplies here. I also had them install an energy efficient pump. They did a great job and printed out all the rebate info for me.

Made me wait and then stood there and lied to me.
