George and team are professional and great to work with! We've hired George for numerous electrical and lighting projects over the years. He recently installed new indoor lighting for us, and it looks amazing! It's so nice having an honest, reliable family business to call!

I have used O'Connor Electric several times now, and I won't even think about calling anyone else. First of all, they are nice and responsive people. Getting my appointments set up was quick and easy. Then, they show up on time, just like they said they would. George has been doing this a long time, and there isn't anything this guy hasn't seen. More importantly, George won't settle for anything less than perfect. He treats your house and project just like it was his own. Anyhow, it's a no brainer. You want or job done by a company you can trust, call O'Connor Electric.

O'Connor Electric goes above and beyond. George has done work for me on several occasions with one being a very large job due to house fire. Small job or large they will treat you with top notch service, excellent prices, quality and concern to provide what you need. If I need this type of service again, I will not hesitate to call!

From Teri who was so kind and patient and answered all of my questions (and I had a lot!) and was extremely fast at delivering my quotes to George and Justin who let me know they were on their way and arrived on schedule. They are very hard workers, Thorough and competent and worked Expeditiously to get the job done and left my place clean. Their prices are very fair and competitive. I highly recommend this company for your project, they are awesome! I'm having them come back next month for additional work.

I lost electricity to my outdoor kitchen, and the owner, George, came out to take a look. Turns out it was wired incorrectly when it was built, with inappropriate wiring for outdoor use. George explained the problem and solution in detail, and promptly sent me an estimate for pulling out all the old wiring and running new. It was a big job, and they were able to schedule the work within a couple weeks. George was professional, personable, communicative and punctual.

His wife Tammy who runs the front office was also a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend O'Connor Electric, and will not hesitate to use them again.

When I reached out to O'Connor Electric, Terri was very responsive and pleasant to work with. All communication was done in a timely manner. On the day of service, George arrived on time (he wore a mask without asking, which was greatly appreciated by our family) and did the work in a timely manner. George and Terri O'Connor are fantastic - totally devoted to customer service. I hired an electrician - not O'Connor Electric - to install outdoor lighting, and the lights kept going out. This electrician did not show up when he said he would, eventually came by once to fix the problem and charged me again even though his original work was shoddy - and the problem was STILL not fixed. And he never returned my call or showed up again. I reached out to O'Connor Electric on a Saturday morning and they contacted me right away to explain that they do not do outside landscape lights. When I explained that I was having enormous difficulty getting anyone to even call me back, let alone show up, Terri offered to send George over right away. She could sense my utter frustration and desperation - so few vendors care about customer service anymore. George came over within 30 minutes, and was nearly immediately able to tell me that the original electrician did not run the right electrical lines, but that I could likely fix the problem by going to LED lights. I did that, and it worked. George came out to look at a problem when he does not even do landscape lighting anymore. He could have easily just said " we don't do landscape lights." But Terri listened to my story and offered to help me. George gave me a fix he thought would work, and the name of a reliable outdoor landscape lighting company if the fix did not work. This level of customer service, excellence, reliability and affordability is rarely seen these days. I will use O'Connor Electric for all of my electrical needs and have recommended them to my friends. They are the best of the best. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Had multiple outlets stop working after hearing loud pop. Unable to determine cause so contacted O'Connor Electric for help. Teri O'Connor contacted me very quickly even through they were out of town. She set up appointment, explained how they based their billing charges and answered all my questions. George and son arrived early and got right to work on our 60 year old wiring. Found the problems, replaced outlets, fixed issues with prior poor wiring and had us fixed in about 2 hours. Very through, explained everything and left nothing out of place after. Great experience and very happy to recommend O'Connor Electric. They are a local family owned/operated company in Granite Bay area that handles small things like mine was and large installations for new lighting or upgrades. Great infomation/reviews on their website of what they have done. Will use again.

George/O’Connor Electric is exceptional. George is knowledgeable, professional, and offered excellent advice regarding fixture choices, placement of lighting, code requirements and reasons for these. He was always prompt and we appreciated the daily texts informing us of arrival time. His attention to detail and thoroughness was tremendously appreciated and we will certainly call him again for future indoor and outdoor electrical projects!

Everything was completed promptly and exceeded our expectations. We knew we wanted new recessed can lights but didn’t know exactly where to place them. O’Connor electric provided recommendations for placement of new, removal of an older fixture, and updated light switches. Installation involved more work that I anticipated but O’Connor electric was efficient and kept the job very tidy while working around our Christmas decorations. We are so happy with our new lighting (living room and family room). We highly recommend O’Connor electric for your home projects.

George and Justin installed 2 240v lines into our garage for EV charging, installed or fixed 3 ceiling fans and installed several ceiling lights. They did a timely and quality job, arrived when they said they would and charged the estimate price. George returned and replaced, at no extra charge, one of the ceiling fan switches after it failed a couple of weeks following original installation. I would use O'Connor Electric again if need be.
