I need a little extra help keeping my house clean and orderly this year, and I wanted a local option. I couldn’t be happier with Prestigious Cleaning Services!

The first service I requested was a deep clean to get my house back on track. A phone consultation with strategic questions helped narrow down exactly what I needed, removing the options that I was not concerned about. The second service was general housecleaning.

Both visits were on time with polite and professional people who had no problem moving around me as I worked from home, and they did a thorough job, my place looked so much better! They did the job without delay, working the entire time.

A surprising element was the unexpected, but welcome visit from the owner on the first clean to check out the site and confirm what was needed. It feels good to have those details taken care of by a whole team that’s committed to the cleaning goal!

It took two phone calls and one email through her website to get a hold of her to confirm our appointment. Then after finally reaching her, she rescheduled our original appt. After she was done our house was not clean. Crumbs and dog hair all over the floor still - apparent that she didn’t sweep and/or mop. She didn’t move any of the chairs under my kids desks to vacuum - crumbs left behind. Actually she had to use my vacuum because she didnt have one to use. She didn’t clean any of our shower walls. Our laundry room appliance tops were not wiped down. She didn’t even open the microwave. I paid her for a partial deep clean $175!!!! It wasn’t even close to being a good bi-weekly cleaning. Our house is cleaned by very good detailed oriented cleaners every two weeks - they were on their honeymoon so I brought her in off of a recommendation. Very disappointed. Will not use her again and will not recommend her. Only positive thing I can say is that she and her teammate were friendly.

When we downsized in 2018 from our family home to a smaller one, our realtor contact Prestigious Cleaning Services to thoroughly clean our home. The service was excellent, and the house was cleaned to the high standards that my wife has always had for any place we have lived or rented. We purchased the extra cleaning option for the ovens as well, as our home had two of them and they were used not only for regular family meals but for her side cake baking/decorating hobby. Our home had three bathrooms, four bedrooms, both upstairs and downstairs common living areas and a large kitchen and dining room, and all were restored to an excellent condition of cleanliness.

At the end of their service the house was in great condition, and we were happy to pass our wonderful former home off to the next people who we hope would enjoy it as much as we had for many years.

This crew can't even make a bed nor straighten a table. The leading up to the clean was great, but was sorely disappointed when it came to the delivery. Owner is non-confrontational and unapologetic, so when you tell her the issues, she says, "Thanks for giving us a chance! Bye!" and takes the money and run.

Lindsay was amazing. It was the best house Cleaning I ever had. She was very thorough and very friendly. I would definitely use them again.

Frauds. They charged me $287 for 4 hours of cleaning. What I actually received was 3 hours of cleaning, and it wasn't even clean. They used a dirty rag on a Swiffer to "mop" the house, didn't clean the laundry room, didn't dust the ceiling fans, and overall just did a very poor job. I've hired many cleaners before and this company is by far the worst.

When emailing with Jennifer to address the fact that I was overcharged for services I did not receive and requested a partial refund, her responses were robotic, and she did not actually respond to any of my requests or complaints.

Beware of this company and its unethical business practices.

As a realtor who takes pride in his work, it's important that I have the best possible vendors to recommend to my clients for any of their needs in preparing their homes for sale. Jennifer and her team take so much pride in their work, making sure everything is absolutely perfect.

On top of doing everything to make sure their job is done to perfection, Jennifer also provided help in other things that needed to be done for my clients, at no extra charge, to help us make sure the house was ready in time for the listing date.

We’ve never had a cleaning service before, so we weren’t totally sure what to expect. It was supposed to be a little treat for ourselves—but honestly, it went sideways fast.

The cleaner said something like, “We’ll clean your house, and if we miss anything, we’ll just go over it with you at the end.” And since we’ve never done this before, I thought, Cool, maybe if there’s something extra, I want done or something small got overlooked, they’ll take care of it. But what it really felt like was, “We’re gonna do a half-done job and if you happen to catch it, we’ll fix it—otherwise, oh well.”

There were so many things missed. Like yeah, the mirror looked spotless… until I touched the top and it was dusty. Same with the shower—looked great until you ran your finger along the top edge. But it wasn’t just high-up stuff. There were bug guts on the wall, dirty handprints at eye level, and dusty baseboards. Just really basic things that shouldn’t be skipped because it was on the service agreement!!

I texted the owner, Jen, and she basically said, “Well, we offered to go over it with you but you refused.” And I’m like, yeah—I was already frustrated, and your team clearly didn't know what they were doing if you're the "professional" and I have to point out your mistakes? If I have to walk around pointing out all your mistakes, I might as well have just done it myself. And if I had pointed out everything they missed, they would have been there the whole day.

Attached are a few of the basic items that were overlooked. The service agreement feels like an empty promise—they listed a number of tasks that were either not done at all or done poorly. The cleaning team even told me they "spot clean only" and only address areas that look dirty to them. If something doesn’t appear dirty, they don’t clean it unless specifically asked.

One particularly surprising example: the living room TV wasn't cleaned. When I reached out to Jen, she responded that "TV screens are not cleaned as they are sensitive electronics." That’s odd, considering all the monitors and TVs upstairs were spotless. Thinking back, I’m actually noticing some issues with a few of my electronics now, so I may need to file a claim.

Dusty was great! He even recommended something that saved us time and money.
