We have used Stacy‘s house cleaning now for over five years and have been very pleased with the service. We usually have them come once a month but today I was just not in the mood to do any cleaning so I called Stacy at 8 o’clock and asked if anyone was available. Within an hour, Samantha was at our house and thankful for the work. This was a great service and flexibility Always prompt and professional and they do a very thorough job. I’ve always been impressed with the staff that Stacy hires. It is clear they have a good work culture. Today we had Samantha. Last week it was Amber. Doesn’t matter who she sends. They always do a great job. Samantha took extra time today to clean behind our couches. Not expected on every visit but greatly appreciated.

We have been using Stacey's cleaning for more than a year. We had been using a different cleaning service but I got frustrated from the lack of consistency with the cleaning person (never knew who was coming), lack of consistent day/time, poor communication, and inability to communicate with whoever was at my house at the time the cleaners themselves did not speak English and I don't speak Spanish. I came across Stacey's Cleaning on Nextdoor and was a little hesitant because the other place gave me a flat rate per cleaning and Stacey bills hourly, but I'm glad we gave it a shot. The cost per cleaning is very reasonable and around the same amount each cleaning so I'm never ever hit with an unexpected bill, I have the same person (Iryna) who comes every 2 weeks and she is on time, very thorough, and she is super sweet! I have cats that like to follow her around and sometimes my kids are home and Iryna is extremely accommodating and patient. She is a godsend and Stacey is very nice and professional. We are extremely happy with this company and highly recommend!!

I hired Linnsey's after many disappointments with individual housecleaners. Lilnnsey's employees have cleaned my home the way I want it and are alwiays on time. It's a 3 hour commitment so if there's time left the cleaner (Lori) offers to do anything (within reason) extra. They have a strict routine they follow and Lori has not disappointed me. The house always looks great till the next time.

We had a very poor experience using this service. The cleaners did not do a thorough job, which was pointed out by the landlord when we did a walk-through upon moving out. When I made that reality known to Linnsey, there was no move to reduce the fee she charged us (which was substantial). Not even a reply to the text I sent informing her of the poor job done. Then, a few months later she asked me for referrals. Seriously? After doing a lousy job cleaning? And then again, a few months later, another request for referrals. She never responded to my informing her that the rental had not been cleaned thoroughly. No response whatsoever. No apology, no offer to refund of any of the steep fee charged.

In fact, our landlord commented to me that they've consistently had bad experiences with this company.

Go elsewhere.
