If you're considering a service provider, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere based on my experience. I would give them zero stars if that were an option. The technician who came to my home provided a diagnosis but failed to explain how to resolve the issue during the initial visit. When I reached out for clarification and guidance on fixing my equipment, he asked for details about my house and promised to look into the costs.

Despite my efforts to follow up—four calls and multiple text messages—he never responded. This lack of communication and support is unacceptable. If you value reliable service and effective follow-through, choose a company that prioritizes customer care. Don't waste your time with a contractor that leaves you in the dark.

Excellent work, service, and explanation. He treated me, my grandma, and her house with courtesy, and made sure to fix our problem, repaired the shoddy work of a different tech, with skill and experience. He knows his business.

When looking for a company to come fix my air conditioning, I was skeptical about a new company but thought I’d give them a try. I spoke to Sy and he was able to schedule me asap. Great customer service, friendly technician showed up on time and was able to find the problem fast! Wow such a great company! Highly recommended! :)

Very professional and efficient workers replacing our electric heating and air system this month. Our house is older and needed an upgrade Hvac system, which Sy modified and skillfully mastered rewiring all components to connect successfully.

Sy with Granite Bay Heating & Air was great! Our AC went out in the middle of a big heat wave. I made several calls to larger companies, but no one could see us for multiple days. On an 108 degree day, with an 111 degree day to follow, this obviously was not ideal.

I’m so glad I came across this smaller local company. Sy answered his phone on the way to another job and took the time to pull over help me troubleshoot the issue. After confirming the issue needed professional attention, he assured me he would make it a priority to get here same day.
He arrived that evening, even sooner than expected, and had it up and running in no time.

Sy is a kind and pleasant guy with great customer care. We invited him back for full cleaning and regular service, and are happy to have found a local company for our AC needs. I highly recommend him for any of yours!

My furnance was giving me issues. My insurance sent out first vendor and they didn't know that they were doing. The insurance sent out Sy from Granite Bay Heating & Air LLC. Let me tell you, experience matters and Sy was the one who pinpoint what was the issue with my furnance. He was very polite, friendly, and funny. It was like having a friend come to do the job. My furnance has been working since he changed out the old part for the igniter for a new one. I highly recommend anyone to him if you are still second guessing on who and prices to go with. Professional and innovative, Sy really went above and beyond in effectively replacing, programming, and updating our multi- decade-old heater (and by extension A/C) after the system finally expired.

Having to proficiently and arduously complete the process over a month of repairs and integrating the right components to an old home was no easy task, and Sy's intellect, patience and dedication proved vital in going making sure everything proved good to run, right down to replacing a faulty thermostat from a prior year's maintenance visit.

I never thought I would say this but, thank god for our home warranty company. They accurately denied our claim. The best part was finding Sy. He showed up EVERY time right on time and was extremely professional. It’s really hard to find a professional like Sy who is very honest and down to earth. Sy originally worked on one of my rental units when my tenant did not have A/C in the middle of the summer. He was able to quickly resolve the issue. When I was having heating issues at my own home, a different technician was originally dispatched to my house to fix it (through the home warranty company). They were unable to resolve it. I still had Sy’s information from the previous work he did at my other property so I called him. He was quick and responsive. He was able to explain what the issue was and fixed it promptly. From now on, granite bay heating and air is the only company I will call for my heating and A/C issues!

We had an emergency with our furnace and he came out the same day, fixed our furnace and charged us half of what other companies would normally charge. I love supporting local family owned companies. My AC condenser wasn’t performing properly and I was concerned it would overheat. I had suffered a power outage the weekend before and I thought it was the cause of my AC problem. I contacted Folsom Lake Heating and Air from Yelp. I appreciated their promptness to my request and I really appreciated the technician’s attention to my needs. He listened to my concerns and my description of the problem. Through conversation and a thorough investigation we found the problem and it was resolved in a day. I signed a service agreement that day.

Had a full house fan installed today by folsom lake heating and air. The two young men that arrived were very professional and got right to work and did a very good job. Thanks guys great job!!!!

Clayton is an excellent technician and showed up promptly and got our Air Conditioning working right away when we would have had to wait days in 90 degree weather for other options. Highly recommend this company!
