My recent experience with Northstar was excellent. On New Years eve I lost some power. I called and Tim came within a few hours. On New Years day he came back with help to finish and restored my power. The response was great, communication was also (Angie in the office). The charge was very reasonable. I will definitely call them again for any problem.

I had a house main panel that needed to be replaced. Yancy came and quoted a reasonable rate. He was professional, friendly, and thorough. Josh came and finished the job within a day with a helper at hand. He was personable and professional, brought a generator to keep my fridge running, and did an excellent and clean job. I am very happy with the outcome and would recommend this company to anybody.

Way to expensive. $150 diagnostic fee that does not go toward the job. Just another company getting to big and charging to much.

I had a major issue with my Generac whole home generator after attempting to do the annual maintenance myself. I had overfilled it with too much oil. I called Precision Electric and explained what had happened. They came to my rescue, cleaned up my mess, and got my Generac running perfectly again. I am forever grateful to them. Excellent service. Wonderful people. I am so happy I found them. They are the best!

We had appointment with Precision Electric to replace our main fuse box outside. They coordinated with PG and E, and County Dept. for approval. Easy, no worries experience… We had the awesome electrician, Josh here, again (and his capable co-worker) so we expected excellent, competent service and we got it! They went above and beyond making sure we had ducks in a row for the county approval process for the day of. Another happy customer, another happy transaction…

A first time customer in need of help asap with circuit breaker tripping. Chris was assigned to come to my house the same day and do an easy fix it, replacing an old circuit breaker, thus enabling me to have internet and land line restored for use. Happy camper here!!!
