They fixed my water heater that started spraying water from the wall discharge. They also replaced the copper type that comes out the wall and feeds the water heater as it was leaking since I moved in (5 years ago) and that I notified the rental company about asap when I discovered it (4 1/2 years ago) thanks guys

My parents had a problem with their water heater which was still under warranty, but warranty company was given my dad the round around because the company didn't have any technicians in the area. Anyways to make a long story short I was happy to find A plus plumbing, Kevin I believe might be the owner (not sure) he was the kindest and caring person I dealt with after being upset and frustrated with Rheem company. Rheem is the company that makes the water heater my parents bought. This is the second water heater from Rheem that my parents own, unfortunately the first water heater gave my parents problems right after the warranty expired. I live in San Jose an hour and 45 min. from my parents, I take care of what ever problems they encounter. Anyway, I called Kevin and explained the situation and he took it upon himself to go and check the heater right away. Kevin called Rheem and told them what the problem was and the parts needed. Rheem told him that they would overnight the parts and would get them the next day. The parts didn't get to my parents until Monday. My parents are in their mid 70's and they had no hot water for a whole week. Kevin went and fixed the water heater. My parents were very happy with Kevin. A week later this stupid water heater stopped working again, I called Rheem and they promised to UPS the parts overnight. Of course they got to my parents on the following Monday. I called Kevin and he made sure someone went to my parents to fix the heater. So, far the heater is working but without the kindness, caring, and the speedy work of Kevin and the A Plus Plumbing personnel my parents are able to have hot water. I Recommend A PLUS PLUMBING to everyone that needs a plumber.
Love this company.

I am a Bay Area commercial plumber. Without resources of mine, here in Gustine to do 911 excavation repairs at my home. I called them. As my home had a water line burst between the sidewalk and house. The deep tree roots, broke the water pipe.
A +plumbing was able to show up on an hrs notice and excavate thru the tree roots to expose the broken pipe. Their crew stayed on site, while I did the repair.
Their service was great- Office and field field crew response was great.

Thank you A + plumbing,
Jesse

Let me tell you a tale of the Hero's of A PLUS PLUMBING
(Verse 1)
In a house on Maple Street, trouble was brewing,
A clog in the pipes, oh, what were we doing?
Water swirling, refusing to go down,
Enter A PLUS Plumbing, the heroes of our town.

(Pre-Chorus)
Late at night, in a plumbing plight,
I made the call, and they arrived so bright,
With wrenches and tools, they came to my aid,
A PLUS Plumbing, donned in their plumber's brigade.

(Chorus)
Oh, the plumbers from A PLUS, they came to my door,
Fixed the clog, like never before,
With expertise and a friendly smile,
Now I can use my bathroom with style.

(Verse 2)
They rolled in with their vans, a beacon of hope,
The clog didn't stand a chance, with the plumber's dope,
Pipes and wrenches, a symphony of repair,
A PLUS Plumbing, the answer to my plumbing prayer.

(Pre-Chorus)
In overalls and with sleeves rolled high,
They tackled the clog, oh my, oh my,
With precision and skill, they worked the scene,
A PLUS Plumbing, the unsung dream team.

(Chorus)
Oh, the plumbers from A PLUS, they came to my door,
Fixed the clog, like never before,
With expertise and a friendly smile,
Now I can use my bathroom with style.

(Bridge)
They danced with the pipes, a rhythm so fine,
A choreography of plumbing, a spectacle divine,
The clog surrendered, the battle was won,
A PLUS Plumbing, my heroes in the plumbing sun.

(Verse 3)
Now the water flows, a melody of grace,
No more worries, no more plumbing chase,
A PLUS Plumbing, you've saved the day,
I'll sing your praises, in every way.

(Pre-Chorus)
With gratitude in my heart, I thank you so,
For fixing my clog, you're the plumbing pro,
A PLUS Plumbing, you're the ones to choose,
In the plumbing world, you're the kings of the blues.

(Chorus)
Oh, the plumbers from A PLUS, they came to my door,
Fixed the clog, like never before,
With expertise and a friendly smile,
Now I can use my bathroom with style.

(Outro)
So here's a song for the plumbers so grand,
From A PLUS Plumbing, the best in the land,
With wrenches and pipes, they conquered the strife,
I'm grateful to you for giving me my bathroom life.

Thank you!

Great customer service . I HIGHLY recommend this company they go way and beyond to help you. I had a new water heater installed & the price was VERY affordable . The service was absolutely 💯 on point.

Martin is very knowledgable and always friendly. He has came out to my home twice for different concerns and always does a good job. On the second visit he informed us that he would have to cut into the wall. We expected to have to patch it ourselves, but he did it without asking. Give this man a raise!

My kitchen sink had been clogged for 15 days, when finally our handy man was able to get in touch with A PLUS PLUMBING, Tim-plumber, came to my house on sunday and worked all afternoon. He did a fantastic job. He needed a little help from Trenton, who came to assist him. They were both very professional, pleasant , considerate, just very nice to talk with. They managed to unclog the kitchen sink, but in doing so we found another problem with the plumbing. It's going to take a little more time to get this working properly, but A PLUS PLUMBING, is worth the call for your plumbing problems.

Excellent Company..Above and beyond professional. Explained what they were doing step by step when we had to have an outside pipe problem repaired. Very rare these days when a company treats your house like it's their own. This is that Company. It's in the name A+.
