The company manager named Erica needs to learn how to treat her cotumers i had missing information regarding my repair and instead of helping me solve the delay on my repair she started yielling and hung up on me after waiting for her for 15 min i been calling back for the past hour and she dont answer or return my calls what kind of manager is this ?

My dishwasher wasn’t working and I found fna appliances. They send me a professional technician to check my unit at the next day and solve my issue, I’m extremely impressed about their prompt response and professionalism. I highly recommend this company, now my dishwasher is working great

Upon arrival technician was abrupt and asked what was wrong with the refrigerator, I told him it was blowing out hot air
He asked how old it was then opened the door to take a picture of the model and serial number. Stated it's the compressor, I've been doing this for years!! One week later Larry opened the back and said the freon coil is corroded and it couldn't be replaced. Why didn't he open the back on his 1st visit?

If these people are assigned to repair your appliance, fight with whoever you need to to get another company. These people are unacomidating and utterly incompetent. After 3 service calls my dryer is worse off and is now unrepairable. They will not take responsibility and now no one else will touch it. These people are bad news. Stay away!

This company has a great customer service. I had a good experience with them. My refrigerator wasn't working. I call them, they visit my house and gave me a fear price for the service they did. I do recommend them.

They are the worst company I have ever come across. They cancelled my appointment because the car of the technician broke down. Then they said we will be by on Monday because I did not answer the phone the technician will not be out. I then call and the supervisor was rude and hung up because I said why are you yelling at me. I’m the customer do not yell at me. So she hung up. Poor customer service. They probably wrote their own 5 star review.

This place is a complete joke. They do not return phone calls and after 5 min diagnosed a compressor on my fridge. they called to tell me it was going to be 900 dollars to repair the fridge but they would give me a good deal on repairing something else if the compressor is not the problem. I called another repair company and they diagnosed the fan and now everything works good. There is a reason they have all bad reviews. RUN FOR THE HILLS!!1

Terrible business up and down. The "estimate" was free. The estimate entailed me telling the guy what the problem was and him looking at the washer for 45 seconds. Then he informed me that re-programming the washer was going to cost $65 but that might not fix the problem. When I politely reminded him that I was promised a free estimate, he literally turned into a bratty 5-year old and said "there is no estimate." I didn't even get a chance to rebut as he immediately bolted for the front door like a whiny little kid who was denied a cookie after dinner. I would have been willing to accept that maybe I was misinformed about the estimate and talk it out but he didn't even give me a chance to get a word in edgewise before he was out the door in a tantrum more befitting a 5-year old. Astoundingly unprofessional. I'm glad I know to never even consider this business again. No one else should either.

To the "technician" who came out, seriously, grow up. You are obviously having a very bad decade, but that's not the customers' problem.

We've used Ace a few times now. Always prompt, provides a fair price, and has been able to fix everything.

I contacted them and the next day they came to diagnose the problem and fixed everything within an hour. Even gave me extra maintenance tips. Will definitely contact them again in future.

Been using them for years! Honest & reliable. We only trust him for good work & the truth about what the problem is & best way to fix it, if it's worth fixing. Will not try to over charge. The best!

You absolutely cannot find a better repair company than Ace Appliance Repair. Christine went above and beyond to find the part for my Samsung refrigerator. Several of her suppliers took the order then cancelled because of supply issues. But she didn't shrug me off. She kept trying until she was able to get the part. She kept apologizing that it was taking so long to get the part, but I completely understood that it wasn't her fault. I am so appreciative of her coming through. The technician she sent out was professional and knowledgeable. He kept me informed of each step he took to find the problem and cleaned up after himself. I had 2 other repair companies say they would send someone out, but after wasting all day waiting no one came.
Seriously, don't waste your time just call Ace Appliance repair first and save yourself time and money. The repair was reasonable priced and I am VERY happy with the whole experience.

I all them this morning because my refrigerator went out they were here within a couple of hours. Excellent service very professional thank you this us the 3rd time I've used them happy every time thank you.
