John is our GC where he’s done our ice cream shop and burger restaurant. He’s been in the business for 20+ years and very knowledgeable with all the nuances of building a restaurant. A one stop shop that he does everything from the MEP, permits for construction and inspections. His price is very affordable compared to the others GC I’ve received bids for. Has his own crew and good connections for any services needed. Awesome communication and responses in a timely manner.

I've been looking for a room addition contractor for over a month and was really not getting anywhere. I was on the verge of signing a contract with another company when I decided to call up My Socal Builders. They were super helpful and were able to do the project in two weeks! Reliance construction is not reliable and trustworthy. Non responsive . I would not trust them especially with money and advance payments. Don’t know enough about building homes . All talk ,no stuff
