I Love Sewers was such a blessing. Carlos and his team were awesome. I had an emergency late night and they came right away and did the job. You can tell they are knowledgeable and you can trust they will take care of you.

Carlos responded very quick when we reached out. We had blockage in our drains due to invasive city tree roots. He was able to show up same day to assess and provide us his recommendations along with pricing. He definitely helped with our immediate needs and we plan to work with him in the future.

Had my sewer line backed up and I love sewers came out and cleared my line the same day I called. I received a phone call as well when the technician was heading my way. They advised me of what the repair would cost and when the job was done it wasn't a penny more! Placing this company on our community page and would use them again in a heart beat.

Having to deal with plumbing issues is very stressful as you never know exactly what you're going to be facing. Carlos, was went above an beyond to explain all the work that needs to be done step by step. What I appreciated the most is his sincerity to try the best to help us out. I called for emergency clogged and water overflowed at shower, toilet, sink, even after 1 hour of running sewer snake from the handyman. I then know there is a major problem. I quickly searched thru Yelp, I found I Love Sewers Rooter and Plumbing with the most Yelp reviews, and after reading their recent reviews, I decided to call them. Carlos called me back less than 30 seconds. He and his team arrived promptly, when they arrived, I can tell they are professional. They inspected and identified root cause. We have a clogged in the main line, he found a huge bundle of tree roots. They removed the roots repaired the pipe, jet cleaned out and installed the two ways cleanout. I highly recommend Carlos and his team to anyone. I will definitely calling them in the future

I was incredibly pleased with the customer service from Carlos, Eric, and Jose. They had good communication from start to finish. Carlos kicked off the service with a “can-do” attitude and he was straight forward about the job at hand. He was also extremely  professional. He was great to work with after hours in our emergency situation. While I had questions he had fair and respectful responses.

Once Eric arrived, he quickly isolated the issue to our main shutoff supply. It’s now 10pm and he is working away outside to cut the main water supply so he can repair the shutoff in the house and return water to our house. He respected our home and family by arriving in a protective mask and shoe booties. The safety of my family and himself was clearly a top priority, thank you Eric and Carlos!

Finally, Carlos finished the job the following day (saving us money) for the less critical pumping items we needed done.

This team is very professional and customer focused. I waited a while before posting this review. I love sewers rooter and rooter is how a business should be run from call to repair. Every person I spoke and worked with were outstanding, friendly, outstandingly thoughtful/polite and knew their plumbing. Special recognition to Caros and Jose for getting my repairs done in quick fashion and doing so in such a kind, thoughtful and friendly manner. They helped move my furniture, took care to clean out my area and Carlos even helped organize my cleaning supplies better than I could when putting things back! Just really great people all around, high standards that can be hard to find these days and a team that I would welcome over any time. Top notch team - you won't go wrong working with them.

I had a great experience with Carlos from I Love Sewers Rooter and Plumbing. He responded immediately and came out to give me an estimate on my drain repair. Even though I had already had the line jetted by another company, Carlos went ahead and jetted it again before doing a thorough inspection. He showed me in detail where the breaks and cracks were, and how the city tree roots had found their way in.

What I really appreciated was how clearly he explained my options compared to the overpriced quote I received from another company. If you live in Fullerton, you know the constant battle between old city lines and invasive tree roots—so getting multiple quotes is a must. They did a great job at my house. I was planning to install a new water heater, but the copper waterline pipe got bent when the old water heater was removed. I had to call someone to fix it. They came to my house around 6 p.m. and repaired the problem, so I was able to install the new water heater afterward. Thank you very much! I’ll definitely call you again if I have any plumbing issues in the future.

I have been experiencing issues in my back bathroom shower and kitchen sink for quite awhile now. Most recently, the issue got much worse and we were unable to use the shower at all, nor the sink without issue. I thought a simple snaking of the drain would help, but it did nothing at all to help. I decided to call ILSR&P. They sent me a Plumbing EXPERT by the name of Steven and he was incredible! Not only was he professional, while being very personable, he was extremely knowledgeable in his craft. He went over and beyond to get to the root causes, offered solutions to solve and prevent future issues, including something I had not even considered, and he did not stop until we found it and resolved it. I had quite a few questions during this process and he was patient with me, answering all of my questions very thoroughly. I want to say thank you to Steven and also to Angel, his assistant. They have restored my trust in service providers, specifically plumbers, and I will be doing business with them again in the very near future. Thanks again guys!

I can’t recommend I Love Sewers Rooter and Plumbing enough! I had a serious issue where none of my drains were working and my whole house was starting to smell. The owner, Carlos, showed up within an hour and immediately ran a camera inspection. He discovered not only a sewage backup, but also tree roots that had grown into my sewer line causing the main issue.

Carlos and his team replaced the entire main sewer line with a brand new, high-quality line that’s up to code, and they also installed a 2-way clean out for easy maintenance in the future. Carlos did an amazing job explaining everything to me step by step, showing me the camera footage, and making sure I understood exactly what needed to be fixed.

The whole process was professional, efficient, and stress-free. If you ever have plumbing problems, I highly recommend calling the I Love Sewers team they saved me from what could have been a nightmare!

They jetted the line and installed a cleanout so we wouldn’t have this issue again. Everything was done under warranty, and I got full documentation with before-and-after video. That’s how it should be done.

When I called, Brittany was very helpful and quickly scheduled a technician named Nico. He arrived within two hours, right on time. Nico was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to properly diagnose the issue. He ran a camera down the drain and found a heavy sludge buildup that was preventing the pipe from draining correctly.

He recommended hydro jetting to clear the line. After completing the service, he showed me the before and after camera footage. The difference was huge and the line looked significantly cleaner. My sink is now draining perfectly.

Their pricing was very reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. I will definitely be calling I Love Sewers Rooter and Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

I normally do not write reviews, but what happened to Miss Tina, an 87-year-old handicapped homeowner, deserves to be publicly documented. This company took advantage of an elderly woman who could not read or understand the contract she was signing. She trusted them as licensed professionals, and instead she ended up with open holes left in her walls for two years.

Those openings allowed rats to enter her home and cause even more damage. When I finally discovered the problem a month ago, it was obvious the work had been rushed and done without any care. Wires were cut and taped together inside the walls, nothing was properly fastened, and some of the work was simply never completed. Parts of the home were left exposed long enough for pests to move in and out freely.

When we contacted the company for help, the prices they quoted were shocking. A one-day job started at $9,500 before dropping thousands of dollars in minutes. A larger job went from $22,000 to $19,000 with no real explanation. It became clear this wasn’t professional estimating—it was predatory pricing aimed at someone they assumed wouldn’t question it. Another plumber later completed one of these “$9,500 jobs” in a couple of hours.

When their representative finally came out, the solution offered was to simply “patch and paint” over everything. No addressing the rodents, no correcting the unsafe wiring, no accountability. Just a superficial cover-up of the damage their crew left behind. And then we never heard back from them.

Miss Tina relies on others to help her because she is largely blind. She had no way to catch what happened until I stepped in. What’s most painful is that she trusted them. She trusted the explanations, the pricing, and the work—and they took full advantage of that trust.

We have since had an independent assessment done, and multiple violations were confirmed. The entire job will need to be redone by a professional.

This experience has been devastating for her emotionally and financially. No elderly homeowner should ever be put through something like this. If you have vulnerable family members, please think twice before hiring this company.
