We had the pleasure of meeting Juan from Luna Landscape through a referral from my ADU project manager. We hired them to handle the landscaping for our backyard to meet the city’s inspection requirements for the ADU and its surroundings. Juan and his team were very friendly and answered all our questions about our project.

The Luna Landscape team was consistently punctual and immediately got to work. Each day, they made sure to keep the area tidy and were respectful of our property. Within just a few days, our backyard underwent a remarkable transformation. Juan, his father Jose, and their team did such an impressive job that we decided to extend the project to our front yard as well. They didn’t disappoint. They listened carefully to our preferences and concerns, ensuring our satisfaction throughout the entire process. They also worked around and cleaned up the drains and French drains installed previously, removing all the overgrown weeds.
After a week of diligent work, the Luna team brought our dream backyard and front yard to life. We’re thrilled with the results and have received numerous compliments from our neighbors about the project.

Just got my overgrown backyard demo’d and rebuilt with Luna Landscaping and I couldn’t be happier with them! I researched and interviewed a half dozen different companies and not only was Luna by far the least expensive, but I actually really liked how on the first site visit Jose recommended without hesitation what materials I could use, how my irrigation should be laid out, etc- he’s a pro who’s done this a hundred times before! Also loved that they have a guy for everything - I got grass, rock, concrete, irrigation, electrical, and even patio demo all taken care of in house, and all at a fantastic price (like when I needed a bit extra wood trim, another outlet, etc). Father Jose and son Juan are so nice and incredibly helpful when I had questions or didn’t know how exactly something would be done, and they always provided the most practical answers. Extra bonus points that they’re local - can’t recommend them enough for a landscaping project!

Juan, and the Luna Landscape team are exceptional! They are communicative, professional, personable, knowledgeable, kind, and go above and beyond to ensure timely quality end results. I diligently researched and met with several landscapers and concrete contractors before making my final decision to work with Luna Landscape to perform my patio project, and I am absolutely totally happy with the results. Mr. Jose Luna and his son Juan Luna are so skilled in nearly every area of construction and landscaping. They can add on a room, repair any part of a house, design and install gardens, perform proper tree care, install lighting, and even do art installation.

They are simply very talented.

I was very fortunate to have their help for my house in Echo Park. Mr. Jose Luna and Juan did a truly fantastic job of making a beautiful and safe curbless shower. They also rebuilt the front porch pillars, matching the original style of my 100-year-old craftsman house. They did everything from installing ceiling-mount lamps, staining and painting my pergola, and many other fixes.

They completed so much quality work in such an organized, efficient, and confidence-inspiring manner. They literally saved me.

Juan and Jose from Luna Landscaping were excellent local contractors to install our block wall. Their professionalism and courtesy for our property was awesome. They left our yard just like they found it. They took only 3 weeks from phone call to finished laser beam straight installation of our wall. We will have them do more work soon . Full disclosure this work was done at no cost to me and was paid for by the Center for Environmental Health. Had the pleasure of Juan coming out and assessing work for replacing exposed soil around my house. Juan was professional yet still warm, patient, and helpful, taking time to explain things to my satisfaction before starting work. We ended up replacing some old wood chip mulch and the degraded grocery bag-like plastic layer with sturdy tarp and thinner mulch, covered one side alley with gravel and new walkway tiles, and covered the other alley with a clean layer of decomposed granite. It took the team two days with one in some rain to complete the work but it looks great and about a month later it's holding up nicely. High quality work, very happy with the look, and will definitely consider them for future projects.

Juan, Jose and the team were excellent. I interviewed five landscaping companies until I found Luna Landscaping Co. We replaced the lawn, plants, gravel, bark and had a small planter built. Their work ethic impeccable, professional, polite, cleaned up every day and completed the job in a few short days. There was always good communication. We would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend this company.

Juan and his team did such a great job upgrading my front yard. They were professional, clean, and very communicative in regards to the entire process. They were careful and made sure not to disturb any of the current flowers planted there. If I ever need any landscaping done in the future, I will be sure to contact them first.
