I had a horrible experience. After my service was completed I was told they start charging from the time they leave there office. So I wasn't aware of that. It wasn't explain to me like that so I called to ask about that & I got the rudest & most defensive women anyone can talk to. She outburst in such a rude way if I wanted them to come and take everything apart. Then she made sure to tell me that she was the owners niece. I mean it wasn't so much the rip off that had me so upset it was the kind of human that was on the phone being so unprofessional!!!! Its so sad that this company has such a ugly personality representing them.

They rewired my circuit breaker from closet to hallway. Very top notch. I am difficult to please and Viera electric co provided satisfaction beyond expectation. A++

What a rip off. Almost $800 to examine and replace the lamp for my business’s sign a month ago. When I bought my sign, it cost $900 to buy and install. If they gave me a proper estimate, I would’ve just a brand new sign then go with these crooks. Also, who needs multiple people to remove the front sign to access the lamp? BBB, here I come.

I got lucky they were able to send someone out same day! Jerry was very nice and polite explained my problem to him he did a test on outlet located the bad one replaced it and was done within 10 min!
