I used Rivera’s Air heating and conditioners as my second opinion. After being quoted $5,300 for my HVAC to be fixed from Shaws I decided to reach out to them. My technician was very honest and told me one of my wires was just loose. He was able to fix it on the spot and that was all that was wrong with it. Now my heater is working flawlessly and I have nothing but positive things to share. I am very thankful about how transparent this business is ran. I would recommend to all my friends and family. Was originally quoted a $27,000 Unit Swap from another company. Called Rivera's at 8 AM, they had a tech out by 930 AM and, with a diagnostic fee and maintenance, fixed the unit for $400.
