We just had our pool remodeled by Paradise Pools, and it turned out better than I pictured! Jason, Bob, and the crew were excellent to work with—very responsive and incredibly professional. The construction was on time, even though our broader project timeline kept shifting, and the quality is excellent. If you need pool renovations, call them. These guys are the best in the South Bay. Highly recommend this outfit

I called to let them know the pool didn't look clean. So they fixed the filter. The pool still doesn't look clean. Then a neighbor suggested that the cleaning of the filter/chemicals in the alley was pooling in his driveway and getting his kids and black car dirty. The owner, Adam said he would clean the next time. The neighbor requested cleaning sooner and he wasn't happy with the cleaning. So the owner called me to cancel my service. I think a pool service company shouldn't dump on or disturb the neighbors.

We love our “new” pool, re-plastered, re-tiled and re-plumbed by Paradise. Their services were professional, the cost was reasonable, the schedule was maintained, and the follow-up water treatment was outstanding. This is a great company to work with.

All employees were beyond helpful. Needed extensive work on pool which included draining, resurface, and tile. Also added a salt water system and new pump. Work was done on time and pool looks great. Special kudos to Magaly and Shawn for their patience with my constant questions and assistance. Could not have had a better experience with a contractor.

Very poor customer service. We inheritors them when we bought our home and they do not care about their customers at all. Our pool is never clean even though it has a cover and it’s over chlorinated to the point our swim instructor actually got a chemical burn. They’ve even ruined our swimsuits and when we ask them to fix the problem they tell us it’s our fault and sent a $1600 bill.

The photo is the swimsuit that was bleached from purple to white in under an hour. You’d think a pool service team would want to remedy that and be apologetic. They were instead aggressive even after seeing the photos.

When you start the process of building a pool, you come to quickly realize that the process is going to be a big investment. You need to find someone you trust. You need a professional pool builder.
