Always easy to work with and thorough

I have used LA Christmas Lights many times over the years! They continue to provide great service and have even increased their team for an efficient installation! I am THRILLED!!!

I've used this company for 3 or 4 years now, and when I made my usual annual call to Andre he informed me he was out of the business and gave me Brad's number. The guys would come every year, not set the world on fire with personality but Andre was very nice, always. Brad was not. Not friendly at all. So I called Brad. No call back. Like a fool I called again. Before I could get my spiel out (he knew who I was) he told me they were booked up and that they now charged a minimum of $800--twice what I've paid the last few years. That's fine; whatever. But no thought to customer loyalty, no MOMENT to explain anything to a loyal customer who called them every year, was nice and...fricken called them every year. Good luck, Brad. You're gonna need it.

Cannot say enough positive things about our experience with LA Christmas Light Installers - we hired them to handle all the lighting for our backyard wedding reception, and they truly transformed it into something magical.
