He took great care cleaning our carpets and even managed to remove stubborn wax that I couldn’t get out myself, no matter what I tried. This was my first time using a carpet cleaning service, and I had some concerns at the start about an unexpected rescheduling fee and whether the cleaning would really get my sectional sofa looking fresh again. Raymond, the technician who came to clean, was very polite, arrived right on time, and worked really hard to get the job done. Even though the first cleaning didn’t remove all the pet hair and stains, I could tell Raymond put in a lot of effort. I figured it might be the cleaning products and equipment, not his work. After I shared my feedback, the company responded quickly and professionally. They offered to come back out and do a second cleaning for free, which I really appreciated. After this second visit, my sectional looked much better and the yellowish tint was gone. Since my sectional is fairly new and was a big investment, I wanted the cleaning to get it as close to looking like new as possible. While the results after the second cleaning were much improved, I think for my specific furniture, I might just keep up with the cleaning myself in the future. Still, I was impressed with the company’s customer service and the way they made sure I was happy with the outcome.
