Contacted Kyle of Jebs Appliance when our four year old Whirlpool Dishwasher ceased to function properly.
Telephoned Jebs Appliance and spoke to Kyle. He asked me to do some preliminary “troubleshooting” via phone. When I reported that the items he wanted me to check were not helping, we set an appointment.

Kyle arrived and trouble shot the problem and determined that the motherboard died.
New one ordered.
Kyle installed the new board...
NO JOY IN MUDVILLE!!

Checking... rechecking....
Finally he determined what caused the issue was a double fault. A short on the main power input caused the mother board to fail.
All is good....

On a budget? Unexpected appliance failure--go to Jeb's he has what you need, will install the new appliance, haul away the old piece of junk. I don't buy cars new and I don't buy appliances new as long a Jeb's is around.

Great service!!! Communication was clear from the start. Kyle had my dryer running in ten minutes.

Bad service. An appointment was made for 2:00 p.m. When I called, I said that I had a very short period of time, as I was always at work. So the technician was late for an hour and a half, and when I started telling him that our meeting was scheduled for 2:00 p.m and I had been waiting for him for a long time, I received rudeness and a terrible attitude towards the client in response. If you want to get a bad attitude then this is the place for you.
