The service started out great, but the quality continued to drop over time. The past few months our pool had been unusable and even a visit from ownership didn't increase the effectiveness of their services. Sad end to a great start.

Mark at LaBella’s was OUTSTANDING with his help on my pool issue. I was having problems with my pool pump and was checking to see if they were factory authorized to work on my pump since it was under warranty.
He said they were not for this type pump but asked what the problem was. I told him and immediately gave the 3 most common problems and what to check. He said look at those and call him back.
When is still couldn’t find the problems and called him back, he gave the next thing and how to isolate the issue. BING GO!!!! I can’t say enough about his old school way of doing business … it was HIGHLY appreciated and I’ll be calling him to service my equipment into the future. Thanks Mark, you are a true “ Service Man”.
