Nisei Rug is excellent at making my rug seem new again especially since I have pets. I have used them several times over the years.

Matt was punctual, called ahead and was kind to my pup who was barking like crazy each time he arrived. Our 22' (a long one!) runner had quite a few puppy accidents on it and was starting to give off an odor. Our freshly cleaned runner no longer is smelly and hopefully pup accident free (although that one is on us). Thanks Matt! We'll be back!

this review is based on a conversation with the owner of the company who was very honest and straightforward and told me that the composition of my rug was going to make it difficult to clean in a way that i was happy with. he was honest and informative and we decided together that it wasn’t worth the cost of cleaning. refreshing to deal with someone professional, knowledgeable and honest— not just trying to make a dollar but really providing a service.

I recommend Nisei for all rug services. Matt is the best. He has both cleaned and repaired our rugs. We have some older valuable rugs and I have been surprised by how much life he has given them. I have used him year-over-year. Five-star excellence

I had Chinese and Turkish rugs My rugs were very dirty and stained, these guys did an amazingly unbelievable job getting them cleaned and looking like new. I have used Nisei Rugs to clean a badly treated but treasured Persian rug as well as less expensive area rugs. I have no intention of ever using anyone else as Matt is a knowledgeable professional with great customer service skills who charges reasonable fees. It is as much a pleasure doing business with him as it is enjoying my beautifully cleaned rugs.

Had miss and gutters cleaned as well as solar panels. Had to be done for insurance. I asked for pictures of the finished product and they offered and invoice detailing the service as they had done this for insurance before. They provided neither and stopped responding to my requests. I would never hire them again and certainly would not pay in advance. Very poor customer service. I would have accepted that they forgot pictures. It happens. But being ignored is ridiculous.

The business contacted me over SMS and offered gutters cleaning, then upsold me on solar panels cleaning as well. The technician did some work for an hour, they send me pictures of solar panels. I paid over Zele.

When I inspected the roof next day, the gutters were not cleaned at all.
The service would not respond to any of my messages via 2 phone numbers that they used.
Absolute scam.

Avoid at all costs. SCAM! Didn’t do a good job of cleaning my solar panels. Pretty much used a hose and a brush/mop. No cleaning solution at all, no soap of any sort. You can see the brush/mop strokes and streaks. On top of that, they scratched up my gutters with their ladder. I knew this place was sketchy when I asked if they were licensed and insured, no response. Then they text again to schedule for a certain day only to cancel the day off and reschedule. Horrible! This place is a scam. I don’t get it, how does one stay in business. No wonder they expanded their service area.
