Not professional and wrong diagnosis.
Initially Steve mentioned they will pin point the leak to the dot and will detect the whole house if needed and fix the the leak and do necessary work then the diagnosis with report is free.
We mentioned it's in the garage that there is wetness on floor. He came and mentioned it's a small leak and red taped the wall and mentioned the plumber is not available for a week but he wanted us to pay $350.
Then I mentioned that's not what he mentioned on the phone. Then he agreed upon that he will charge for the visit and pay them $149 and no report.
So agreed and paid $149 I called my plumber back and he found nothing behind the wall no pipe or any leak as it was diagnosed marked by Steve. Then I called the company back and Steve was not helpful at all and said that's where the wetness is.
I said I can see the wetness by naked eyes and professional detection company is to find the actual leak and where it is without cutting the wall. He did not respond to it. Be careful with this company.
Attached images, first one they marked and second one after my plumber cut open the wall

I received a $2300 water bill from EBMUD. Steve was able to show up quickly, take care of the leak, and generate a report for the water company right away. Highly recommended!

AVOID this company—be aware of their lack of professionalism.
We had a water leak, and Steve initially came out to identify the source. Up to that point, everything seemed fine. He told us he couldn’t pinpoint the exact location of the crack and recommended rerunning the entire water pipe—a major repair. After inspecting the area, they provided a proposal for $15,500. We discussed the price and agreed verbally to $14,000, which he offered. He returned the next day with another worker to begin preparations for the 811 call.
Then, without warning, I received a revised proposal from Maria that added over $4,500 to the original quote. This was shocking, especially given the urgency of a water leak. Since we had already agreed on the job, I had stopped looking for other contractors. When I asked for an explanation, she claimed it was due to a measurement error—on their part.
I asked Maria, the owner, to call me so we could discuss the situation in detail. I was told she would call on Sunday, but I never heard from her. After multiple calls, texts, and even a voicemail, I still received no response—only a message saying she would call later that evening, which, again, never happened. She finally called me back randomly on Wednesday morning when I missed her call. I called back, but she now says she is traveling.
This experience has been extremely frustrating. Changing a quote by thousands of dollars after a verbal agreement and then ignoring the customer when asked for clarification is unacceptable—this reflects poor customer service and unprofessional behavior.
