My dealings with Semper Solaris were positive from the very beginning. My sales person was Kevin Marzion and he helped guide me through the process and made it painless. He gave me all the options that were available to me and explained every one so that I was able to make an informed decision on how to proceed. When the workers showed up to replace the roof they did it at breakneck speed and had the roof removed and replaced in 2 days. The job was done thoroughly and efficiently and when they left the property was cleaned up completely. From the staff in the office to the sales to the workers on the roof it was all done professionally and very friendly. I would recommend this company Semper Solaris to anybody thinking of replace their roof on their home.

Angie, was very knowledgeable. She quickly assessed the issue and worked with me on getting my solar system back running again in minutes.

Josh was excellent in communicating to me, evaluating the problem and assuring me of the status of the solar panels. He was also very polite.

Semper solaris priority customer service is pretty good. They kept their promise of fixing our HVAC even though it was pretty late at Night. Sean was pretty thorough and fixed our damaged HVAC within a couple of days.

Sabas was very respectful and very knowledgeable person and easy to talk or the product installation. He took me through each step during the install.

Roland was a man of his word. Everything he said turned out just as he said it would. Which is called integrity, right? Great customer service top to bottom. All the techs were great. Everyone answered all my questions graciously. Thank you and Semper Fi!

Best deal my husband and I ever made. We knew municipal services were becoming predatory so we invested in solar to cut the rising cost and not lose the one of two commodities that are vital to our lives. Power, water and food, water I can dig a well, the food I will always have to buy or grow.

Angie was instrumental in providing technical support and assistance after our solar installation. She provided great customer service and was easy to talk with.

I couldn't get anywhere with the portal Hole I was directed to, as it kept looping back to the same page that identified the issue but offered no solution—just a request to repeat the same frustrating process. Thanks to you, we can finally move forward and get this resolved! Old-fashioned customer service at its best—thank you!

At first it was difficult to get help but once I spoke to David, I had someone come out and help me with my communication error I had with the system. They replaced the Zigbe for free and I can now see the production of my panels. The technician also said he would monitor my system for a few days to make sure there are no errors or problems with any of my panels. Thank you David for your assistance!

It was a good experience. Angie is very knowledgeable. We discussed the situation and came up with a solution. Semper Solaris needs to get in touch with me regarding sending someone to wash the solar panels.

Semper had no updates about the timeline of delivery or repair. Forwarded me to Tesla

After many hours on hold, much of the time spinning my wheels and getting a “we are closed” between the hours of 11am - 2pm PST, I finally spoke to someone and was told he had no access to inventory or my case. A ticket was opened with an assurance of a call or email

10 days later - nothing.

Had a house fan put in by Julio and Tim. They did great work. Had one issue with the ring doorbell wire being cut in installation process. They sent Danny an electrician to fix it. He found the problem and got it working right away.

Brandon came for our final inspection with the city and was absolutely great! He was very nice, helpful, and quickly fixed the issue we were having with our vent. Before leaving, he explained some maintenance tips and made sure all of our questions were answered. Excellent service!

Phil is a very knowledgeable consultant. He made me feel comfortable in every step of the solar install process. I will definitely refer him every chance I get.
