BMS CAT was referred to us by Travelers Insurance Company. The roof leak caused damage to our interior walls, a walk-in closet and entry way. On November 25th, the BMS CAST representative came to inspect the house and provide a quote. Quotes were given, insurance approved and money received for work expected to take 6 weeks. Unfortunately, 105 days from start to finish is 15 weeks. The excuses were many from no shows, calling in sick, ordering the wrong product, painting walls the wrong color, and hiring an electrician that shows up without a ladder, calibrated reader, and assistant for the detailed work needed. We appreciate the repair on a light fixture broken in the process. The BMX CAT project manager that came in to facilitate the finishing of the project tried his best.
