I don't write many reviews, but this business has treated me so badly that I am taking the time to warn others so they don't waste their time. I recently bought a house with a gate installed by these people. This gate has no call button so I can't tell if someone is there. The previous owners said that they thought the infrastructure for a call button may have been installed but they weren't sure. I left three messages for them before someone finally returned my call. They said they are in my area all the time and would call back and let me know when they would stop by. 4 weeks have passed with no communication. I have now left three more unreturned messages. The last one asking them to please have the courtesy to at least return my call and tell me that they are too busy and refer me to someone else that they can at least fill in on the details of the system since they installed it. Of course, no response. Extremely unprofessional.
