Lavish Automation did an upgrade after my AV system and remote control got glitchy. They integrated the new equipment with my other existing equipment resulting in seamless operation. One challenge was with my antique satellite tuner, however, they developed a work around with a Sirius/XM app, which gave me a bunch more channels and saved me $200/year on my subscription.

Project manager Joe and technician/installer Nick were knowledgeable, personable and fantastic to work with.

In a day and age of low quality, poor service, lesser trained employees and mediocrity, it was a breath of fresh air to find a high end classy organization such as lavish. Every employee at Lavish is "screened" to be supremely knowledgable, highly trained skilled experts. They are passionate, professional and familiar with difficult installations, all things electric and the finest equipment available. One of their specialties (that I witnessed) is hiding wires inside a wall completely undetectable. They know every possible way to do this in any application. This makes for a beautiful presentation when you don't see wires hanging all around, it was amazing to watch them implement this magic when I didn't know it was possible. They aim to Please. Lavish sent over a couple of their experts, Jay and Dean made magic happen at my place when installing a top of the line Sony monitor on an top of the line adjustable mount. I had never seen resolution like that (of course my last monitor was a Loewe plasma, once great but a bit of a dinosaur now) I understand the motto at Lavish is "anything is possible". With this company and the personal they employ it surely is. They are worth every cent and you will be impressed with what they can do. - Cliff E.

We did a full renovation of our 100 year old home in Healdsburg and enlisted Lavish to bring us current on technology. We couldn’t be more pleased. The audio video and WiFi are all working seamlessly. The team they have is Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They go out of their way to be helpful, as evidenced by their willingness to help get a 15 year old printer to work on the network even though it was never part of their scope. They are responsive and take great pride in their work and service. Not inexpensive but absolutely worth it! Would use them again for sure.

Every step of the process, from the initial phone call to the installation of my new system was extremely easy. Joe and the rest of his team were extremely knowledgeable, broke down multiple price points, and recommended the most costs effective plan. The install was very fast and clean. At the end of the day Music and videos are what motivates me to start my next day; work hard and keep production moving...yes there are other things just as important, but I get a ton of enjoyment from a Great sound system. I have played with a lot of products out there knowing in the end I would be upgrading fairly soon with each component since I knew in the back of my mind...I hadn't really arrived. When I started working with Lavish we cut to the chase; looked at my budget, what I wanted to achieve, and they helped me in selecting the right products so I could accomplish what I have been working on for years. The technical team came in and cleaned up my mess; Joe, Ryan and the rest and they were able to dial in my system perfectly and at the same time they got my 6 clickers integrated into One clicker. A big Wow if you have ever wrestled with this problem ever before. Ultimately, this has turned out to be exciting and fun - not in the past tense, but now present and future. Getting the right sterio equipment and getting it set up correctly should be exciting and a lot of fun.
