Muy mala experiencia horrible, busca cualquier pretexto para enviar a tu aseguranza para que no te cubra loas reparaciones y tratar de no cambiar partes aunque ya esten manchadas con aceite para volver a venir mas adelante , conmigo han venido diferentes compañias y todo bien no habia tenido problemas..
Con esta compania me dijo mi seguro que no me iba a cubrir el AC y tengo akrededor de 9 años con ellos y tendre que cancelarla y cambiar a otro compañia, la peor experiencia en el Valle Imperial en cuestion de Aire Acondicionado...

Was referred through home warranty service. Jorge was prompt and professional. He arrived at the promised time and completed repairs in minutes.

Very professional service. He went out of his way to provide my family with excellent quality service in a timely manner. His punctuality was exceptional and I would definitively use his services again.

Horrible service and treatment from the owner himself, Jose. Besides being very unprofessional and hot-tempered, he has not been able to permanently fix my home air conditioning; it breaks down every month. I called his company to inquire about the report he was supposed to send to my insurance company, and it turns out he does not send them until night. While on the phone, I asked if he could speak with my insurance regarding what will be covered and he replied "Are you gonna pay me to call them?" in the most scournful manner. Do not do business with Cooling & Heating Specialist unless you want your A/C to break down every month. I was unfortunately forced to because of my insurance.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Heating and Coolant Specialist seriously deserves one. They were super friendly and helpful from the start. When our AC stopped working, they came fast, figured out the problem right away, and fixed it without any drama.

What I really liked was how they explained everything in a way that actually made sense. They didn’t try to charge us for extra stuff we didn’t need, and the price was totally fair. Now our house feels great again, cool when it’s hot, and warm when it’s cold.

If you ever need your heating or cooling fixed, I definitely recommend them. Super chill people who know what they’re doing!

Great experience. Had brand new AC system installed in my apartment. The owner arrived with his AC tech. The owner is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and has very pleasant demeanor. The AC tech , believe his name was George is very meticulous with his work and he makes sure its absolutely perfect. Highly recommend this business.

They diagnosed and fixed the issue in less than 15 minutes and even had brand-new parts on hand. Fast, professional, and hassle-free service. Highly recommended!
