Before starting the chimney sweep, they made sure to cover and protect my carpet so it wouldn't get dirty. Now my fireplace looks spotless and works perfectly!

Douglas found some damage in the upstairs chimney that the home inspection missed when I bought the place. After getting fireplace inserts installed, I noticed the upstairs one wasn't working right. The company that put in the insert wanted to add a vent hole in my house, which didn’t make sense because the fire wouldn’t burn with the insert door closed. So I called for another inspection and cleaning. Douglas not only cleaned and checked everything, but he also took extra time to test the insert himself and figure out the problem. He even remembered me from his first visit, which really made me feel like a valued customer. The service was above and beyond what I expected!
