The customer service from Mr Chimney Cleaning was fantastic! Before arriving right on time, Chase gave me a call about 30 minutes ahead to let me know they were on their way. Before starting the chimney sweep, they made sure to cover and protect my carpet so it wouldn't get dirty. Now my fireplace looks spotless and works perfectly!

Gregory and his team did an excellent job repairing my chimney leak. I highly recommend them for any chimney concerns you might have. Gregory worked hard to stop the leak and also sprayed the bricks to make sure they were well sealed. I was really impressed that he took the time to talk with me on the phone during a holiday weekend to discuss my chimney. That kind of dedication is rare and very much appreciated.

Mr Chimney Cleaning is truly professional from start to finish. From the first phone call to when Gregory and Mason came to our home, every step was handled with care and skill. Our house in Hercules is over a century old, so the chimney had its fair share of unique challenges. Chimneys in older homes often weren’t built with modern safety in mind, but the team did a fantastic job making sure everything was up to code and looking great. They put in steel liners in both flues, upgraded the smoke chamber, installed a new damper and cap, and fixed up the firebox. The crew worked together smoothly, showing great teamwork and attention to detail. Now we can enjoy our fireplace, knowing it’s safe and works well. We’ve already recommended them to our friends!
