Jacob did an excellent job cleaning my chimney. He made sure to keep my home tidy while doing the work. He also noticed that the chimney seal was coming loose and took care of resealing it during the visit. I highly recommend American Pride Chimney Cleaning to anyone needing a chimney sweep. zachary was very knowledgeable and thorough when he came to clean my chimney and inspect the fireplace. he listened carefully to all my concerns about how the vent was working and made sure to answer every question i had. after checking everything, he gave me a detailed report about what he found and even shared the user manual and installation guide for my fireplace, which will be really helpful if i have questions later on. zachary took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure i understood how to keep my chimney in good shape. plus, he was just a friendly person to chat with. overall, it was a great experience with american pride chimney cleaning, and i feel much safer using my fireplace now.
