Jerry came to our home in Albany and carefully inspected the chimney and the liner. He ran a leak test and made sure all parts were connected properly. To our surprise, Jerry told us our current liner was still in great shape and there was no need to replace it. I was really impressed by the honesty—he could have easily sold us something we didn’t need, but he didn’t. This saved us quite a bit of money and gave us real peace of mind.
