Excellent service! I have used JJCC and they are just the best. Mike is the team member who has come. I appreciate his attention to detail. He really cares about doing a great job.

Top quality work. Danny came to my place and helped me clean a couch and the bedrooms. I didn't think doing a couch was so much work. It took longer than I thought but they did a great jon.

Fantastic! JJ & CC did a great job. I am about to sell my house, the team at JJ&CC helped me clean the windows, the carpet and pressure wash the driveway. They did a tremendous job and the price was well within my budget

I love the place I live at, except for one small thing... There is white carpet throughout the whole house. And that is why I love JJ & CC carpet cleaning! Danny, the main tech, and his crew come every year to clean them. Recently they came again and did a wonderful job. They are punctual, professional and very reasonable with their prices!

This work was prompt and thorough. They returned my call away and arrived when they were scheduled. They did a terrifc job cleaning my carpet that had not been cleaned since before covid. They were reasonably priced. I would recommend them and will use them again.

tsj carpet cleaning recently undertook a project at our place of worship, updating portions of the main carpet and laying down vinyl tile in a passage. the entire experience from start to finish went beyond our hopes. lawrence, our liaison, was exceedingly proactive, well-informed, and affable, and steered us towards the right product choices. the team members, sean and willie, exhibited utmost professionalism, politeness, and productivity, and executed a stunning job on both the carpet and vinyl tile. when it came to expenses, the cost for both tasks was competitive. applause all around! i wouldn't think twice about choosing them for a future project and would endorse them without any second thoughts.

Lawrence was extraordinary! He guided me thoroughly through the entire carpet cleaning process and demonstrated immense patience with all my questions. He did an impressive job and made sure to depart only when I was totally pleased with the service. I'll definitely engage TSJ Carpet Cleaning again in Hercules.

I had a scheduled appointment for 9-11am to get my area rug cleaned. The technician called me to say he would come later in the day or the next day because he was involved in an accident. I called the company to ask for another technician 3 times and they never responded to my request. Eventually, the original technician called me back and said he could clean my rug at 5pm.
The technician was nice, friendly and a straight shooter, which I appreciated. However, the shampooing and steam clean only make my rug look worse. Yea, maybe he got out a few stains, but I'll probably have to buy a new rug anyway because it still looks dirty.
The following day, the call center called me to ask if I would like to reschedule my appointment and had no idea the technician came to do the job. I told them he came and the job was completed yesterday. Then they asked how much I paid for the job. It all seemed a little shady, so I called the company to inquire about the call. The guy who answer, supposedly Joe, hung up on me twice and would not tell me the cost of a standard shampoo job of a rug. I called a third time and they said they would call me back. No call back so far!
This company is shady and not worth the money. Get your carpets cleaned by someone more reputable and transparent. I'm out $150, still have a dirty rug, and probably need to buy another one. Complete waste of time and money.

My initial appointment had to be moved due to a full schedule. Nevertheless, TSJ Carpet Cleaning attended to my requirements and resolved the issue. Gabriel and his apprentice Bobby were outstanding in their work. They were polite, punctual, and effective. They managed to clean two rooms, a staircase, and a hallway in Hercules in less than an hour.

this service was fantastic. i met jesus on a friday and arranged for carpet cleaning the following wednesday. he kindly reminded me of my appointment beforehand and even checked in on the day of to see if he could come early, as he finished another job ahead of time. he was very friendly and full of energy. he brought some of the best equipment in the industry, and he didn’t over-soak the carpet. i was also able to add some extra services right then, and he handled everything without needing to reschedule. i will certainly reach out to tsj carpet cleaning again for future needs!

The team from TSJ Carpet Cleaning, including Willie and Gabriel, did a remarkable job on our carpets. The pricing was very reasonable too. They provide a comfortable waiting area outside, as well as a cozy space inside that features a phone charging station and free WiFi for our convenience. They even cater to the little ones with a coloring table and offer complimentary refreshments at the counter. All in all, a great experience with carpet cleaning in Hercules.
