In June 2001 Larry Murakmi Contracting excavated a basement and installed support beams for new construction next to my 74 year old (who is now 98) mother’s house. In doing that work Murakmi Contracting undermined the foundation of my mother’s house and refused to pay for repair. See LA Superior Court Case YC044415. Instead of trying to settle Murakmi and his lawyer did everything they cold to delay and drive up the cost for my mother. Because of my mother’s advanced age she got an accelerated court date. Murakmi agreed to settle the day before the first court hearing. In the settlement Murakami paid for the engineering and work to repair my mother’s foundation and Ronald A. Slavens paid for a did some of the repair work to my mother’s house.
Be aware if Larry Murakmi Contracting is doing work for you or next to your property.

We needed a light replaced ASAP. Called him up and he came out to fix it right away. Really knew his stuff. And his price was less than I was expecting to pay. Anyone else would have charged an arm and leg for such short notice. Can't recommend him enough.

Mo was on top of things and easy to work with from start to finish. The experience of remodeling my home felt like breeze with him!

What can I say that hasn't already been said? They did an amazing job of getting my house back after a disaster of a situation! Professional, courteous, and fast service! I cannot say enough good things. I definitely recommend them to anyone for anything!

I had water damage under the floors in my bathroom which caused a slight mold issue. They came out and resolved the issue and we're also able to take care of a few other things I needed done in regards to the plumbing at my house. All in all it was a great experience.

Going with FJC & Company for our water damage and mold remediation was a great experience from start to finish. Frank, the owner, handled everything and took great care of us. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions during the whole process. Thanks to him – we are mold free! Highly recommend!

We had a leak from our kitchen located upstairs that leaked into our guest bathroom directly below. We contacted Frank and he came out right away, inspected everything and checked for mold. Turns out we had mold! Frank quickly came in to contain the affected area and work on the mold remediation. Frank took measures to wear a mask and foot booties when entering our home. Would recommend them to friends and family for SURE!

Frank helped clean up a mold issue during kitchen remolding. He was professional and I appreciated his honesty throughout the entire process. He was very diligent in making sure the repairs were done correctly and in timely fashion. We are extremely satisfied with the work done and would recommend him for anyone that needs this type of work.
