Fast and professional service. I had a small tree that is dead and needed to be cut down. They came by in the afternoon, and got the job done within the 30 minutes, shredded and removed the tree as well. Highly recommended.

I have used Tree pros the last couple of years. They are very good and clean up all the limbs and branches. They came when they said they would and I would recommend.

This company is really skilled and has reasonable costs. They removed the tree with such efficiency that there was little any disturbance to the yard, which amazed me. Everything was spotlessly clean when they left.

The tree pros trimmed 5 palm tree that haven't been trimmed in over 10 years. They came on time and took a little over 6 hours to complete the job. They took all the trimmings with them and left them looking very clean. It was very reasonable pricing. Very glad I went with these guys to get the job done.

I called yesterday about our pine tree that was really started to lean with all of the rain and wind. They were here this morning to give an estimate and it was so good we didn't even bother getting other estimates. Had them do it right then and there. Beautiful job. Very professional. Clean up and are taking everything away. Will definitely call them again for any tree work we might need.

Been here almost 20 years...3 Big trees in front yard have never been trimmed as long as I've been here.... thought this was going to be a huge nightmare...They handled business...even put a pad for the outrigger on the bucket truck so they wouldn't crack that old sidewalk...I was impressed.. they even worked with me a little bit on my price(discussed before the job was done of course).my trees look great, they were a pleasure to deal with and would recommend them to anyone.

The people who run this business are genuine, positive, and friendly people who obviously want the best for their customers and the community! They have generously supported my craft and small business, with no benefit to them. Thank you for your willingness to help a member of the community.

They had one simple job, come in remove some tree limbs, I took down the tree and stump, all that was left were the branches. I was quoted one price to do the job, the workers get here and up the price by almost 90 dollars, the manager admitted that his worker doesn't like doing the job and if he sees any inconvenience his worker will up the charge, he then argues with me over the phone because they lost about 100 dollars for driving their truck to my house. They could have done the job but his guy wanted to Upcharge me for having to walk less than 100 feet. It was ridiculous that I was told one price then charged 90 dollars more than that. He lost out on business and allegedly lost 100 dollars, tried to blame me for not accepting the up charge, I told him that it was bad management on his end. He laughed at me and continued to tell me to do the job. So unprofessional and shady workers glad they aren't on my property anymore with their SHADY BUSINESS and SHADY WORKERS.

Our front yard had four trees removed, trees trimmed, and brush cleared. Our expectations were not met by the outcome—the yard looks fantastic! We will contact them again soon!

I didn't use them for services but called to set up an appointment for an estimate and why did the guy ask for my full name on the phone and for me to spell my first name and send a picture of my tree that I want trimmed and ghosted me the whole day and some lady called me unexpectedly asking if I needed work done around my home from a totally different number and she hung up even though I thought something was suspicious about this whole situation. They never know who they're talking to which I find funny because I'm a retired US Air Force base police officer

I used The Tree Pros for the first time a couple of years ago. They did such a great job then, that I have used them several times since, including the most recent removal of 8 palm trees. They have trimmed trees, removed trees and ground down stumps for us at different locations. They are professional, do great work, they are reliable and have reasonable prices. They are the only company I will use now.

I had The Tree Pros come out to trim and prune 5 fruitless mulberry trees. They arrived when they said they would, performed the job quickly and professionally. For all the work performed the value was very good. Highly recommend them and will use again in the future.

Very friendly very affordable and very fast on getting the job done

When the team showed there on schedule, I went over everything with them before we got to work. You would never have known that anything had been done because of how expertly they cleaned up after doing the trimming and pruning. Working with The Tree Professionals was enjoyable from start to finish.

I needed a medium size tree and stump removed, after calling around, The Tree Pros gave me the best quote, $300 for the tree and $100 for the stump. We set up a date and time for the work to begin. The morning of, it started to snow and by all means, I don't expect anyone to cut a tree down in the snow but after waiting 40 minutes after when they said work will begin and with no phone call or text from them I decided I will give them a call. A guy picked up, I asked him if they were still planning to cut my tree down and he responds with, "I thought it was obvious we are not showing up today, who would cut down a tree in the snow." I explained to him that a simple call or text to your paying customer would have been the right thing to do. I even took the day off from work to ensure I was there if they needed anything. So we ended up rescheduling for his team to cut the tree the following day and once again they did not show with no phone call or text. If I could give 0 stars for their service, communication and professionalism, I would gladly. Save yourself time and the headache by going with a different company.

Like I pointed out, look at the response I was given. The owner can't even apologize for their lack of communication but instead gives nasty rude comments and then begins to insult. Like I mentioned before, very unprofessional establishment, better off taking your business somewhere else.
