Jared was helpful. Wasn't sure what the problem was with the H2o heater. Showed me why I needed a new one. Knowledgeable. Explained water pressure issue as well.

Very nice employees. Had a replacement of a toilet fill valve. Did a great job installing the part. He or I aren’t sure why I now have a periodic running of water. Technician was here twice. So there is a lasting problem. Deciding to go with another plumber since they couldn’t figure it out.

We had a clog in the line. Ian was very professional and kept me informed as he went along. He needed a replacement tool and Ceasar showed up and they completed the job together. They were very informative, very friendly and thorough. We opted to have our pressure regulator replaced and our line jetted. I believe Devon and a young blonde guy was the one who came the next day to do these services. I wasn’t home and this information came from my husband, he was very pleased with the repair. I also want to add The sweet girl Hayden on the phone was very helpful and when she didn’t have the answers I needed Dave got on the phone and helped me with everything I needed. Each of the employees we dealt with deserves 5 stars! Overall I have no complaints and will continue to call Thompson for any and all my plumbing needs. 😃

Nice person, but a plumber is hired to do the job, not overly analyze…It took an hour to just give an estimate. Overly slow even though FaceTime with his boss showing the issue. Wow.

He was great! Even got our water pressure tested. He was very informative and explained everything and went beyond to be helpful. His manager was in the area and I was impressed 👍

My elderly neighbor water heater went out. He was out of hot water for two days before he told me and we called Thompson plumbing and they came out and fixed it for free. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Noah was a great Tec.

We called due to some recent leaks. During the diagnosis we learned that our pressure relief valve had failed. Noah helped us get the original problem fixed along with installing a new valve. We appreciate that he took before and after photos and that he was communicative throughout the time at our home.

Ian was awesome. He was knowledgeable and explained everything well. He offered several options of service for us to choose from and didn’t pressure us into paying for the most expensive one.

Overpriced, plumber did not have access to simple parts. I even had to supply him with one of the correct size t pipes or he would have left job site. In addition, the high sales tactics for potential future jobs by scare tactics is extremely unfair to a senior citizen such as my self. Though I do have high water pressure there were no other validated concerns according to 2 other professionals I had to address these other issues alleged by Thompson plumbing.
My cost of simply replacing 2 t pipes and less than a foot of straight pipe was 2,101.06. The rebuttal to my yelp review, was they
stand by there work. My remark to this, if a company deems it fair
to inflat their charges and take advantage of their senior citizen customers to cover their overhead rather than the true and reasonable fair market costs and sensible work ethics. I will cannot
recommend them and warn potential customers BEWARE!!! In response to your rebuttal, you replaced updated not 1969 plastic piping. Nor was the piping unique in any way. In addition, I supplied a Standard t-pipe for your worker who
lacked in his so called well stocked truck. Again, you take no accountability to the facts and you make no apologies outrageous pricing and sales tactics. My house 1969 house is code compliant according to other reliable professionals . Again, other than my water pressure being high, you have mis Stated the facts to try and
justify your lacking consideration to fact that your charges are exceeding expensive and beyond the funds of any consumer or senior citizen on a fixed income and that you spend an that your time spent on one’s property verbally trying to scare one into future
Non necessary future jobs, with attempted persuasion is not what
I consider kind or fair. No amount of effort on your part to try legitimize this tactic and pricing will sway me from stating the facts and warning future customers. I have taken notice, that the time you spent on my property keeps getting inflated by you during each of your rebuttals. Again, this is your norm for behaviour. Supporting your family of workers at absorbent costs does not reflect consideration to any potential customers. Your so called discounts you state you offered were attempts to sign me up for a paying membership in order to get additional discount. Your pricing is high end and outside the normal fair pricing for the job you did.This comments i make are also the reflections of other professional who evaluated your job and tactics. Perhaps you have served this community of Crestine for a 10 years, wonderful. This does not change others similar reviews as mine in this area.
In addition, not only is false that the removed piping was not code and antiquated as well as unique (stacking one sanitary T on top of another is common non unique according to plumbers and code)it absolute pure fabrication on your part. This sink and it drain parts were installed in 2014June 12 as an addition to the laundry room.Your installation of identical parts were installed identical to way the old configuration was. Absolutely no modification was done by your technician.This type of fabrication i find quite disturbing. And I will show this fabrication to the plumber who made original installation . Again, your responses merely reinforce my need to not recommend you as well as consider sharing these reviews with other potential sites.

Noah arrived exactly when he said he would..45 min eta & there he was..right on the money.
He fixed the water leak problem & even put up with my nonsense jabbering..lol

I was having an issue with the valve in my shower leaking. Ian responded and was very thorough. He was patient as I asked questions about his diagnosis and fix. He explained everything about the quote and was very transparent. I am very happy with the company and Ian. I would recommend and use them again if needed.

This is my second time calling Thompson Family plumbing. The first call was an emergency repair and I was very happy with the service. So when I had a project where I needed supply and drain plumbing for a dog grooming station, I didn’t even consider calling another company. Eduardo came out, assessed the installation, and provided an estimate with options. He took the time to explain the options and answered all the questions I had.
The installation was completed the same day, and I have zero complaints. Eduardo was professional, and I will definitely use Thompson Family Plumbing for any future service calls.

FRANK LENHARDT AWESOME Young Man. Very polite, explaining step-by-step on what he was doing. Even though my Mom has the beginning stages of Alzheimer’s. YES, He knew in advance because I did tell him because my Mom might constantly keep asking questions. He did not take my Mom out of the sequence. He still spoke to her and explained to the two of us on what was going on. Most importantly, I loved it when he introduced himself to my Mom.
I had a falling out with the company in 2022
BUT In October 2025 “Faith has been restored” That’s definitely a thumbs up.
New management , New employees love it.

Thompson family plumbing came out today to fix a little mishap from a previous visit and we had the pleasure of working with Mr Jarod. He came in and assessed the situation and came up with his conclusion. Water was turned off and tool came out. Mr Jarod did his thing and all is well now. He was very informative and he went the extra mile!! Thank you Mr Jarod for restoring the heat to my shower!!

Jesse was fast and effective in our plumbing needs. He has helped before and is very friendly and professional. If future problems arise, we will make sure to request his help from Thompson Family Plumbing.
