The self checkout was not working and would not accept my payment. The lady at self checkout was very friendly. She let me know that the machine was experiencing issues with card payments, so she printed the receipt for me to take to customer service. The lady at customer service seemed annoyed and inconvenienced. I know working at customer service is not an easy job, but she just had a poor attitude from the start and should not work with people if she can't be considerate and friendly.

i have a complaint with the manager name andrea 04/22/25 inrespetuasamente disrespect mebecause I got the wrong machine and instead of paying with a credit card I paid with one of a 100 and nobody told me it was just a credit card they hurt me waiting like 30 minutes and then I arrived and arrived well despota to scream I told her I would report her and she said she doesn't mind when the grave got more friendly after that she told me that I had to return the product but my son had already had a soda and she wanted my son to take the vasia bottle out of the trash and answer her why my son and why not her and she got upset
he said he wouldn't sell us anything and I called the security..
