This company squeezed me into his schedule so my tenant could get back to having running water after an underground leak was discovered. Ricardo was quick to respond. He was upfront and knowledgeable regarding a leak under our driveway coming from the main line. The team he sent out the next day were puntual, informative, friendly and completed the job including patching up the cement. I was only disappointed to discover afterwards that the concrete they had broken up to fix the repair, was thrown behind a bush in my front yard. I had trash bins available. I didn’t enjoy raking all that cement up.

We found our water heater was leaking and requested quotes through Yelp. Honestly, by reading some of the reviews from Yelp, we already decided that Always Ready Plumbing would be the company to go with but we had to get a few quotes to make sure we were getting the best deal. Richard and his associate came by promptly and explained the water heater installation process and we were satisfied with the price and his sincerity that we decided to use his service. They worked really hard for 3 hours. The water heater looks great and no more leaking water heater. Thank you Richard.

I’ve been working with Richard since 2019, and I can honestly say he’s the only plumber I trust with my home. He first came out to unclog a pipe, and since then, he’s handled every major plumbing job I’ve needed.

In 2021, Richard completely repiped my entire home, including the main line. His work has always been good, clean, professional, and done right. And even when something was missed, one call and he’d be right back to make it right!

One moment that really showed me who Richard is happened in October 2024. Our water heater gave out during a cold spell, and my wife and two little girls were left without hot water. Even though Richard had a packed schedule, he made time for us and came out to install a new water heater at a fair price. That kind of care and urgency meant a lot.
Then just recently, in August 2025, we started having issues with the water heater again. I gave Richard a call, and like always, he didn’t hesitate. He spent an entire day

troubleshooting, trying to get to the bottom of the problem. Eventually, it became clear the heater needed to be replaced. Richard took it upon himself to handle everything, even while I was at work. I didn’t have to worry about a thing, he just gave me a call and let me know we were all set.
