Don’t understand how this place expects full payment of $800 before the job is even done! I asked to pay a partial amount and then pay the rest after job is done to ensure that our commercial cooler is running properly. They agreed on partial payment and when I called to make the payment with Carlos he said the supervisor didn’t feel “comfortable” with us doing partial payment before the job is done. Clearly they are not confident that they can do the job. They lost our business and wasted our time too.

I called them to fix my commercial freezer. I asked how much it would cost. They told me $125.00 to inspect it and figure out what's wrong. Any work and parts done extra.
A repair man arrived and figured out the only thing needed was to turn the fan around. It took him 15 minutes to do that and another 15 minutes to gather his tools, ask me to sign his work, and call the office to tell them he was done. For that they charged me an additional $130.00. His office called after that and ask if it was OK to charge my credit card. I told him I thought $130.00 seemed excessive for 15 minutes of work. He said he would talk to his manager and call me back.
He did call and said they would deduct $30.00. Wooptydoo. $100.00 for 15 minutes work. Remember, they already charged $125.00 to come and find out what problem the freezer had.. Anybody that thinks that is reasonable, disregard this review. Me, I will never use these guys again.

I manage a bar in Redlands. I called and made an appointment to have a quote drawn up to have my walk in refrigerator unit fixed. 10am appointment. 12:30pm rolls around and he has me send him some pictures and measurements. he text me a quote without seeing it in person and says he’s not coming to the appointment unless I agree to move forward with the quote. I’m not sure if he thinks that’s how business is done but it’s not. He effectively wasted my whole morning as I will not be giving buisness to someone who can’t even bother to show up late to the appointment he scheduled.

Amazing experience. We are a commercial building who needed an emergency repair, and found Star Commercial Refrigeration Services. After the initial call, it took Arturo about 2 hours to be on site. Less than 20 minutes after pulling up, gave us a quote, and an hour after that the issue was resolved. Very seamless process, will definitely be contacting again if we ever have any other issues at our facility.
