Vienen a ver tu lavadora, te cobran y no la reparan y luego te dicen que tienes que comprar una nueva, pésimo servicio ni siquiera me dijeron que parte estaba dañada 89 dlls en 15 minutos y solo hace un ruido extraño al exprimir, Dios no sirven esos tipos

The original owner was great. The new owner does not back up his work. We had dishwasher repair and there was a problem. When I called he did not return my call. I finally reached him and explained my problem and he said he was going out of business and would not be able to help me. However they are still opened??????

Shaw’s Appliance AGAIN did an awesome job. My cooktop is ready for the holidays now. They answer the phone when you call and get to the house on time! That is HUGE in my opinion! In the Hollister area Shaw’s is the place for appliance repair. They are reasonable in prices and reliable.

I called on Friday with a diagnosed problem with my dryer and they said they could fix it after I gave them the model so they could order the part. Earliest appointment to fix machine was on Tuesday and they sent an employee to diagnose the problem and then had to order the the part and will not install until Friday.

Curtis did an amazing job repairing my washing machine! Very trustworthy and reliable. Highly recommend his services.

We have a fridge over 30 years old and was very happy with it till the icemaker went out. We called are regular repairmen and he does not do Hollister. We had seen the Shaw's Appliance repair truck and knew they had been in business in Hollister foever. We gave them a call and came right out and he confirmed it was the icemaker. Two days later it was all fixed...very happy with Curtis Shaw

Kitchen Aid booked them for a warranty and repair. Guy shows up opend the mircowave door and closes it and says its the main board. Charges my wife $100 for coming out even tho kitchen aid already sent them a blank invoice for them to fill out and send back to them.
Wife was home alone at the time and wasent looking for trouble so she paid him and asked him to leave.
I contacted Kitchen Aid and they said we are not supposed to be billed for any services as they have sent over 3 blank invoices for them to fill out and send back.
I called shaw and they refused to issue a refund and said the check's been cashed and Your NOT getting your money back.

I guess they're willing to lose a lot of business for a measly $100.

Came back out at the end of the day to address an emergency involving a water leak. Total MVP! He basically interrupted his dinner to come by, and took a couple extra steps that revealed that the part he had been given originally was defective. Thanks to his professionalism I am not looking at thousands of dollars in water damage repair.

Shaw’s has always serviced our appliances. Last used him with our washer that we thought would be trashed but was able to repair for a minimal cost! Highly recommend and very knowledgeable!

Answered but seemed bothered and annoyed that I called. I did not go ahead with scheduling because of the poor customer service. They also seemed expensive and charge to just show up where as others waived this as long as I went through with the repairs
