Horrible experience! Villa Plumbing was selected as the contractor to repair plumbing problems that were covered under a American Home Shield insurance plan. One of the problems was a simple replacement of a faucet that was stuck shut for the washing machine. The Villa plumber cut the pipe when trying to remove the old compression ring and had to cut into the wall to add a new pipe to put the new valve on.

When I saw the mess that was made from a simple repair I called Villa and found they were and not interested in satisfying my concerns at all. Perhaps this was because they were being paid by the insurance plan, but I would expect a good company would care about customer satisfaction regardless of who paid for the repair.

There was more plumbing work that needed to be done, but I refused to let Villa into my home to do the work. I was totally dissatisfied with the quality of the work and the lack of concern over customer satisfaction. I would tell a friend to look for another plumber before using Villa.

Two plumbers from Villa Plumbing backed into my Vehicle on a job sight. This isn't a big deal right....Write? Wrong!!! There was no insurance in the work truck marked Villa Plumbing. They said call the office and they will handle it, so I did. It's been a week, and after multiple calls and emails from my insurance company and myself no call back from the owner. The receptionist just gives us the run around.
I believe the way the owner handled the situation is a direct reflection on the work ethic and lack of moral code of this company. I would never use nor recommend Villa Plumbing.

I'm not going to lie, I met Barry through a neighbor. I called him almost a year later for a small gas line project. He showed up, was clean, professional, and did the work for an honest price. I will be calling Carlson plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

Barry is doing our bathroom plumbing He does a professional job and has a great attitude We will be calling Barry again. I highly recommend for your plumbing needs.

We moved to Morgan Hill and needed a plumber. Barry’s number was given to us so we tried his services.
We have found his work fine WHEN he shows up but we will NEVER use him again or recommend him. He is UNRELIABLE in returning phone calls or showing up when he states he will. We have tried for months to get a part to our tub returned from him but none of our many phone calls have been returned. He says he will be back and that again does NOT happen!! I am giving one star only because you have to put at least one.

These guys are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I wrote a very negative review of this company and have received two responses but can only think they are to influence the folks who read these reviews to make them believe someone cares, because so far no one has contacted me directly to help me with my frustration.

If I had a choice I would not give Ferguson even one star. The sales associates have ordered a part for my Bradford White water heater twice now and ordered incorrectly. I have waited two weeks each time for the part. When I called the day before the part was due in the second time the woman said she didn't know where the part was, and after three calls to her on my part she finally said the company would overnight the part to the store and when I went to pick it up today it was the wrong part. No one in the store cared in the least about my problem and didn't make the least effort to get the right part to me. Meanwhile my tenant has been without useable water for a month and I am losing money. I will never buy from this store again and will never buy a Bradford White product again. January 14, 2020 update. I’m sorry I forgot to update my review. Ferguson reaches out to me and ordered the correct part and went out of their way to make this situation right. Thank you, Ferguson.

Very satisfied with this company and the professionalism of the workers. It was a very difficult issue with our clogged drain and no crawl space access to the plumbing pipes. The two gentlemen were extremely polite and informative at every step and were finally able to slice the problem.
