I called Tahoe Seasonal Solutions to do post winter yard cleanup. Then my neighbors had a couple trees cut down (into my yard), which destroyed one of my smaller trees and left debris covering most of my yard. After I contacted them, Billy and Ivan were quick to come out and look at my property. The work was done in the time frame quoted to me at a more than fair price. I highly recommend this company and appreciate their knowledge of the Tahoe area and the pride they take in their work.

I had to have my driveway cleared of snow because of the most recent snow dump. I had shoveled for three days, but couldn't keep up. These guys are so bad it would be comical if it hadn't made this winter a nightmare for my family. We were regularly the only driveway not plowed on our street. During multi-day storm cycles they would plow every other day at best. Equipment broke down for days. There was no consistency to timing, it was often late. By the end of the season I was emailing them pictures of new snow measurements as otherwise they would tell me there wasn't enough to trigger a service, even though there clearly was.

Worse than their poor product was there service, these guys are difficult to get a hold of and unpleasant when you do. Even just trying to find out when a service was planned I was berated and even yelled at. Half way through the season they realized they hadn't put me on their email list for updates, for months I had been trying to figure out what the plan was and they ghosted me or were annoyed. They didn't even acknowledge their mistake when I was added to the list. Not that it helped much, service was still infrequent and unpredictable.

Thanks Billy and his crew! He was able to come out to my property to give me an estimate for a yard clean up/ pine needle clean up in a timely fashion. He gave me a rough estimate on the cost with a fair hourly rate. They completed the job quickly and efficiently and my yard looks great!! He also provided me with a lawn Maintenace throughout the summer which I was in desperate need of. I also really appreciated that his crew was insured, making me feel more comfortable with their work. I've worked with Tahoe Seasonal Solutions for both winter and spring time maintenance in the Olympic Valley area. They've been a huge help and I like that they are dependable and show up when they say they will and are ready to get the task at hand completed!

We needed snow cleared from a walkway and a porch. I contacted Billy and heard back from him same day with an estimate. His team was on site the following day, completed the job as requested, sent photos to show work that was done and I was billed a reasonable amount. Will not hesitate to use them again.
