I am not sure if they changed owners but the guy my mom talked to goes by Martin. During the free estimate appointment my mom asked to see a copy of their contract so she can read and review the terms and conditions and look up their credentials. Martin told her that she cannot get a copy of a contract until she has agreed to give them the job (which make no sense). She trusted Martin and decided to give him the job. Martin said he would bring the contract on a Wednesday and start the job the next day, Thursday. This would leave very little time for us to review the contract and ask questions about it. I decided to call Martin and told him that if he can bring the contract on Wednesday and wait for us to review it, then we would contact him and set a start date. He got very defensive and seemed fed up with us. He decided not do the job since he quote, "had lost his patience with us." All we were asking for was for him to give us a few days to review the contract and check his insurance and credentials since the job was going to cost $11,400. The fact that he was not willing to give us time to review the contract was a huge RED FLAG. Also, the card he gave us said "Sandoval's Tree Service" and the license number listed on the card does not exist. The other red flag is that he claims to have 15+ years of experience yet there is only one other review on google.

Also, after he said he wasn't going to the the job any more, he finally sent my mom a picture of the contract, which is what we were asking for all this time. I am not sure why he sent it if he was not going to do the job anymore. On there, the business name is "Green Valley Tree Service" yet the card he initially gave us said "Sandoval's Tree Service" and the guy I talked to was Martin.

RESPONSE TO OWNER: If I hired the company on the left then why did they give me a contract with YOUR company name on it? To be clear, I did not sign the contract since I had a feeling I was getting ripped off. I hired California Roots and they did the SAME job for only $4000 instead of the $11,000 you guys were going to charge me.

Pool was turning green. Called Aqua Clean and they replaced my filter. Super quick and great price 👍

DO NOT USE M&N POOL SERVICES. I have had so many little issues for 3 years. Him not showing up, showing up only long enough to put chlorine and leave. Not sweeping or skimming or cleaning my filters... he never once cleaned my big filters that was supposed to be part of my service 2 times a year. There he tries to tell me what a bad customer I am. I HAVE NEVER been so shocked and insulted!

I've been a customer since 2019 and now that its miserably hot out, I've been using my pool every evening. I've been very pleased with how clean my pool has been staying dispite the neighbor's tree hanging over my fence (annoying). I would say that the Chlorine is right where it needs to be as my eyes arent burning, my skin doesn't smell like a load of whites in the wash, and water is staying clean and clear. I haven't noticed any shortcuts or anything fishy to lead me not to trust someone working in my back yard while I'm at work; In fact quite the contrary - I've been impressed with the level of attention to detail I expect. Service is complete, gates are locked when he's done, and I haven't had any upselling attempts just a clean pool at a great rate. Thumbs up for being a Veteran owned and operated business. It makes me proud to be a customer. I recommend wholeheartedly.

We had our solar panels and windows cleaned by “Prime Property Care.”
Mario did a great job on both. He also removed and cleaned the window screens. This was the first time I had seen de-ionized water being used for this purpose. It’s a game changer in getting spotless windows. The solar panels look amazing as well. Thanks, Mario, for making our windows and solar panels sparkle!

Just had my Solar Panels cleaned by Mario with Prime Property Care. He arrived on time, was polite and professional and did an absolutely wonderful job on the panels. Very professional and very much have attention to detail when it came to cleaning my solar panels.

We are in River Islands and they sent a crew out to our house to clean my solar panels and my downstairs windows and they did an excellent job. The supervisor came back the following day to make sure that the windows were Done properly and it was at my home all day making sure we were happy. I definitely recommend this company.

Our solar panels are clean as new. He used a low pressure water spray with a soft brush to protect the panels. Looks great and should help make more electricity.
