Max is literally a lifesaver and gave us a working fridge 2 days before my bday party at our home! BACK STORY - Our KitchenAid fridge/freezer was out for 3-4 weeks; it just stopped getting cold. We had reached out to KitchenAid because there was a possibility of warranty for a certain part aka the condenser (if it was the issue). They referred over a third-party appliance company to diagnose our fridge. This company came over 3-4 times over the span of 3-4 weeks, installed 2 parts that didn’t end up fixing the fridge, and kept saying another part needed to be changed for it to for sure work again - none of it being the condenser, so there was no warranty at all. Long story short, we didn’t trust that company where we felt we just kept spending more money at this point. I decided to find someone else and came across Max’s company! He was able to come the same day, immediately pulled out the fridge, opened up the back, and checked the fan, the condenser, and everything else in the back and knew what the issue was. The other company NEVER opened up the back of our fridge to see if the issue was there and kept assuming the issues were within inside the front of the fridge…Max fixed what he could without changing a part where the fridge was running again, then had to leave for other appointments, but said he is able to come back that same night or the next day to make sure it’s all running properly before we pay him. During the time he was gone, he would text me and check in to see how the fridge is running, if it’s getting too hot, etc etc. The fridge was finally cold and the ice machine was running the next day, but he still came back to do a double check! It was finally nice to have a working fridge, in time for my party! I was so happy with his skills and his communication! Also, his cost is so reasonable! Definitely Max will be my go-to appliance guy! Thank you so much Max!
