Quality Service in a Pinch!
I highly recommend Structured Wiring By Rader for any of your electrical or wiring needs! I found myself in a real bind last Friday. With a party planned for Saturday, I discovered there was no power to my hot tub. I could tell the issue was somewhere between the fuse box and the hot tub, but that's as far as my troubleshooting skills went. I was in a serious pinch and honestly, I was worried I'd be overcharged for a last-minute weekend call.
I called Jason at Structured Wiring By Rader on Friday, explaining my urgent situation. To my relief, he was able to come out early Saturday morning. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed and resolved the wiring issue, getting my hot tub up and running in no time. Not only was his service incredibly prompt and effective, but the price was also very fair, especially given the urgent nature of the request.
Jason truly saved the day! If you're looking for reliable, skilled, and fairly priced wiring assistance, look no further.

Jason is one of the good guys; very old school considering his age. He does great work and truly wants to make the customer happy. He did some electrical upgrades for me that others, who didn't want to work that hard, weren't interested in taking on. He and his team got it done. Additionally, he brought our new (to us) home into the current century so we now have the best cable/internet set up we could have ever hoped for. He is meticulous and leaves the work area clean. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I am a repeating customer since 2016. He has done work at my home and my church! Great work all around. His communication is great. He is constantly providing updates and gives details of everything he is doing.

I have used Jason several times over the years, to install an audio/video system hidden away in the closet, speakers in the ceiling and outside by the pool, hardwired Ethernet outside to my garage that doesn’t get good WiFi, and now a TV by the pool that hooks into the same system in the closet. Jason really knows his stuff. I consider myself reasonably proficient in technology, but he’s an expert in his craft. He’ll tell you what devices are most appropriate for the application and has very good recommendations on what to get. I’ve never had any wiring or signal fail from all of this his work. Super dependable and very reasonable pricing for what you get. Quality work and does it fast!

I texted Jason after 5pm on a Thursday evening, and Jason was available to come do jobs at my house the next day.

He relocated an access point from my side wall to my ceiling, running additional Ethernet cable to make it work without disrupting my network.

In my garage, I had 240V outlets that were poorly installed by a previous electrician. Jason brought everything up to code and well labeled. He went to several different stores across OC to get the parts he needed, and finished upgrading 2 outlets within an hour.

I felt the pricing was fair for the service provided.

I hired Jason Rader to install some ceiling fans, security cameras, garage lights, many can lights, remove and replace some exhaust fans and also troubleshoot and replace some outdoor lighting. Jason does impeccable work and has a high attention to detail. He takes great care not to dirty or damage your property. He knows his job well and takes great pride in his work. He enjoys what he does and it shows. His workers Gabriel and Tommy are also great. They were in my home for several days and I could trust them to take care of my property which they did. It is rare to find people these days who have this kind of skill, are trustworthy and also very reasonable on their prices. Jason checks all these boxes and is overall just a good dude. He has hell if a work ethic too. He stayed until 10pm one night finishing my security system, with my permission of course. He was beat after crawling around in a hot attic all day. I can’t say enough good things about him. Very impressed. Highly recommend.

Jason was very professional , well equipped and well prepared. Had a keen sense on what was needed over and above his job at hand. As a realtor when my clients need help getting their home surroundings up to par, He’s the guy I’m calling !

Jason did an awesome job putting in new can lighting in my kitchen and living room as well as a new ceiling fan. Not only is his work impeccable but, his attitude and friendliness were Amazing!!! He also left my place as clean as he found it, took time and prepped the house to ensure it stayed clean!!! I can’t thank him enough for such an awesome job!!! I highly recommend Jason Rader!!!

I have used Rader multiple times for all my electrical needs. I hired him again to install 12 canless lights, two light switches, 5 outlets and he also hung a tv wall mount and TV. Jason and Gabriel are very professional and nice to be around. They both take a lot of pride in their work and treat it like they are working at their own house. Will definitely continue to use them

Shout out to Jason Radar, at structured wiring!!! I had an issue at my house and lost half the power of one of my rental units. I called him on a Sunday right after Christmas and he was at my house in less than an hour. He found the issue no problem and gave me an amazing Christmas holiday price. I had a family coming over that same day so he really saved me. Definitely will recommend him.

Jason and his daughter Riley did an outstanding job on two challenging CAT6 runs to my garage and outdoor patio closet. From start to finish, their work was professional and flawless—and at a reasonable price.

What impressed me most was how organized and methodical they were—they worked systematically through each step and left the workspace cleaner than they found it. Riley is clearly learning from the best; it's great to see the next generation picking up quality craftsmanship.

Spoke with Jason on Monday. Scheduled work for Saturday at 9:00.
Tuesday evening, Jason contacted me and said "I have a cancellation tomorrow. Any chance I can pull you forward 2-4pm open". I was good with that.
Jason texted me Wednesday at 3:40 stating "I'm running a little bit behind. I'll let you know as soon as I get done".
I got a text at 5:50 saying he is wrapping up, and his ETA was 35 minutes if I was still up for it. I was fine with it.
Jason arrived at about 6:15, came in and looked things over. He then said he would be back on the original scheduled time on Saturday.
Friday night at 7;40 I got a text from Jason stating he wouldn't be able to make it Saturday, but would be out on Monday or Tuesday.
I declined, as he had now appeared to be unreliable.

We experienced frequent breaker overloads. They reorganized the electrical load distribution. The system is stable now. Truly dependable team.

Outstanding service from a highly skilled electrician. He arrived prepared and completed the job without delays. Everything is working perfectly now.

The house needed an upgrade and their electrician crew completed Panel upgrades without trouble.

Voltage spikes were damaging electronics and their technician installed Surge protection properly which fixed it.
