Friday: I had a washer and dryer that didnt work when plugged in its usual outlet after a neighborhood black out and was told that the earliest time an electrician would come was the following day, when my dad said we would find someone else, they "suddenly" had an opening today from 3 to 6 pm. Travel service would be $80, but they would charge only half.

430 pm comes around, I call them back, they said their electricians wife went into labor, and said the next available electrician wouldn't be available till the following day 11 am to 2 pm. Yet they didn't call to update me.

Saturday at 1 pm, an appliance technician shows up and said the washer and dryer seems okay, but the outlet needed to be replaced, and he isn't specialized to fix it. He charged us the $40.

I called the company and asked why they sent an appliance technician, when we had asked for an electrician to fix our electric issue. And they said they have somebody available by Monday to help troubleshoot and labor. I ended up calling another electrician ready today to come in the next 2 hours and costs less.

I wasted time and money and I would not recommend this company.
