Great company and service

Between 2013 and 2016, we have employed CL Taylor Construction to add on to, and completely remodel, our 4,000 square foot home. Cary and his team were very accommodating of our need to do the work in phases because we did not want to leave our home during construction. I learned of CL Taylor Construction from a neighbor who utilized their services to demolish and rebuild their home, and was very satisfied. Throughout the course of our project, Cary always pulled the proper permits with the City, passed all inspections in a timely manner, was always responsive to phone calls and questions from me, and he and his workers always showed up to work. I was so pleased with my experience that I referred four other people to his company, all of whom hired him for their residences (both larger and smaller projects) and were very satisfied. I was also happy to open my home for Cary to show two other prospective customers, both of whom hired him after viewing the work he did at my home. I continue to employ Cary for smaller projects that have arisen as a result of termite inspections and other fix it repairs outside. Highly recommend.

Cary is a phenomenal general contractor who oversaw the remodel of our kitchen, dining room and media room from the design phase through completion. Designing began in April 2017, and by October 2017, my family and I were cooking and baking up a storm in our beautiful custom dream kitchen.

Always the consummate professional, we plan to hire Cary again for future projects. Since finishing the first phase of our multi-phase homestead overhaul last October, we've recommended Cary and his team-- including kitchen designer and woodworker extraordinaire, Dave Edwards-- many times over. As a result, several of my husband's and my colleagues have hired Cary as well.

If you seriously need a detail-oriented, honest and hardworking general contractor, Cary's your #1 choice. Took us years to find him, but it was worth the wait and every penny.

We had an room addition by CLTAYLOR CONSTRUCTION. He and his crew finished up and I can honestly say he and his team were by far the best. Communicates well. Always showed up on time. Cleaned up afterwards. And I love my room!!

We hired Ken to repair our termite damage to our facia and shiplap on the roof. From the get go he tells you right away what you’re looking at, the damage and typically how long it’ll take. He doesn’t sugar coat and explains all questions. Ken Jr and his team did a wonderful job, very professional, and again answer all questions and explain what’s going on. They are a honest family business that will do the job right and fairly.

I was more than happy with the work performed by Ken Sr and his son, our home sold very quickly and I believe that the remodel helped my home not only stand apart from the other homes on the market but helped it sell very quickly. My experience KLC Construction was exceptional. I had my home re-roofed and it looks amazing. They took the time to lay down tarps and plywood all around the property so during the removal of the old roof the asphalt shingles wouldn’t leave marks on my driveway-air conditioner and back yard pavers. They were in constant communication with me threw every step of the way from permits to the install. Thank you Ken we can not wait to use you for future projects!

I had a great experience with KLC roofing. We had a complicated roof leak and our previous roofer dropped the ball and messed up the repair. So I called a few other roofers to come and bid on the project. Kenny Jr came out and quickly detected the issue and gave me a detailed project plan. I decided to go with KLC mostly because I found Kenny to be very reliable and knowledgeable. Him and his team worked with me through this complicated project that involved some wood repair by them, re-stuccoing by my contractor, and them coming back to finish and seal the roof. I had a lot of anxiety about the project but Kenny's diligence amd collaborative spirit made it all go so smoothly. The office (Elsa) is also great and very flexible, making sure that the project works well with my schedule.

After the repair was done, we did some water test, but saw some water inside. Kenny came back to inspect and found that its not the roof leaking, but the chimney wall, which he fixed right then and there. We water tested again and no leak :)

I have worked with a lot of contractors, but KLC is definitely top tier in terms of reliability, attention to details, flexibility, and diligence. I wish everyone was like them, but unfortunately thats far from truth.

We hired Christidis General Contracting to do a complete "glow up" of our 100 year old spanish style home. They did a beautiful job with every aspect of the work. Very reliable, on time and their employees completed all work with the utmost of perfection!

I cannot say great enough things about Christidis General Contracting. They remodeled our master bathroom in record time with not a down day. The end product is quality and beautiful. I would work with them again in the future.

Hired Taso’s team to repair den section that had bad leaking roof. The full team came, very professional, neat& fast. I was so surprised at the extras done at no additional cost. Taso and crew remodeled our kitchen a year ago. We are very very happy with the result. From demo, electrical, plumbing, to finish paint, all the workers were respectful, careful, and professional. We thought their pricing was fair and, while not cheap, the quality of work is worth what we paid. Very fair overall.

I would work with them again, no doubt. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality builder.
